I love King Arthur flour! But yesterday I was at the club and there was no King Arthur flour. I hope it was not discontinued.

This is the only flour that I use for my bread baking needs. It yields a firm bite, rises well, and the price point is excellent. Now, if only Sam's would offer the AP flour as well.

You don't have to be a professional baker to enjoy a really good bread flour. For 10lbs of flour the price is great! I use it in my bread machine and it works great!
