The best baking flour

This was the second time I ordered King Arthur flour and this is the second time it was opened and I lost about one fourth this time. The company should use more glue or a stronger glue so it would not open when shipped. Love King Arthur but I would like to get what I paid for.

King Arthur unbleached flour is one of my favorite flours for baking needs. However, Sam's packing is horrible! (NOT a mail problem as box was intact.) There was a punctured hole in flour bag, making flour spill out and possibly contaminating it! This is a common problem when ordering from Sam's. From prior purchases, I have received dented food cans, spilled liquid laundry detergent, and now this. Unfortunately, this product was not available in store, and I had to take a chance ordering it, and again, I am unhappy with the delivery! This package had to be taped to prevent furthur spillage!

Best flour for baking any type of bread but I used it for my sourdough. It has a guaranteed higher protein content than any other on the market and I love the company because it is employee owned and uses environmentally friendly techniques. It is slightly higher in price than other brands but the end product out weighs this feature consistently.
