The bags were open and the flour was out in the box

The box was thrown on my front porch. My flour was busted open. I have contacted you. No one has reimbursed me.

Consistent gluten levels make for reliably consistent chew. Blends well with other flours. My only wish is that my local Sam's carried this.

It is full of large. hard chunks of what I hope is flour that has been moistened and then compacted into something that does not belong in the flour bag. I expect better from what is advertised as a top US brand.

All of King Arthurs pRoducts are wonderful I used to live across the street from them in Vermont. Now I am all set for baking my bread for quite a while
