I bake sourdough bread, English muffins, make cakes, and basically in anything that calls for flour/all purpose flour I will use King Arthur bread flour.

I use this flour to feed my sourdough starter (Jane (Dough) because it is higher in protein and is unbleached. It works great and my breads and baked items come out beautiful. Higher protein means slower blood sugar rise so it's a healthier choice.

It is full of large. hard chunks of what I hope is flour that has been moistened and then compacted into something that does not belong in the flour bag. I expect better from what is advertised as a top US brand.

This is the only flour that I use for my bread baking needs. It yields a firm bite, rises well, and the price point is excellent. Now, if only Sam's would offer the AP flour as well.

I'm a big fan of King Arthur. I use the bread flour for sourdough bread and pizza dough and it's fantastic. The price for the 10lb bag is outstanding.

Undoubtedly the best bread flour for home baked goods. I am sure bakeries use this brand too. It consistently turns out every time. Only brand I use and great price point at Sam’s.

Been using this flour for years to make fresh yeast breads and/or many other baked goods. Can rely on the quality. Was so glad could now order in a 10 lb bag. Arrived in a secure plastic bag to protect from the hazards of shipping. Can't go wrong with this product.

We buy this flour a couple of times a month. We bake a lot of cookies and desserts, breads %26 pizzas and go through quite a bit. This is the best price I have found. Only wish Sam's would also carry King Arthur all purpose as well, that would save me from having to run into Walmart for that. I prefer King Arthur brand, it is better quality wheat and is not enriched! I am not celiac, but I do try to avoid folic acid for health reasons %26 King Arthur is much better for anyone sensitive.

My go to flour for yeasted breads, where gluten development is important. I make a lot of baguettes and bolillo/demi-baguette/bara rolls. King Arthur bread flour gives that chewy texture and crisp crust one looks for owing to the higher protein (gluten) content (12.7%). This flour is made from American grown, non-GMO, hard red wheat and is not treated with any bleaching agents such as bromate.

King Arthur is pretty much the only flour I buy for AP, Bread, and Wheat. I was delighted to see that my local Sam's Club is carrying the bread flour and I hope they do for a long time. It's great for rosemary garlic bread that gets inhaled by guests and my not-so-secret ingredient in chocolate chip cookies that makes them perfectly chewy.
