My go to flour for yeasted breads, where gluten development is important. I make a lot of baguettes and bolillo/demi-baguette/bara rolls. King Arthur bread flour gives that chewy texture and crisp crust one looks for owing to the higher protein (gluten) content (12.7%). This flour is made from American grown, non-GMO, hard red wheat and is not treated with any bleaching agents such as bromate.

This is the best bread flour! Kudos to you for FINALLY offering a size that can be used in the average kitchen of an average in-home bread baker. I have been buying King Arthur for years since I make all of my own bread. I highly recommend to all who want excellent bread to emerge from their own kitchen.
