first time using it, very light. making pizza. very elegant. not sure how it will taste, but nice fine flour.

This is the only flour that I use for my bread baking needs. It yields a firm bite, rises well, and the price point is excellent. Now, if only Sam's would offer the AP flour as well.

LOVE, LOVE that Sam’s Club sells this brand of bread flour! Use it all the time to bake my bread and won’t use anything else. Please keep this stocked all the time! Thank you!!!!
