[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this portable carpet cleaner from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and was amazed how easy it was to spot clean my carpets and clean my sofa and lazy boy chair upholstery. This machine is the perfect size and weight for the job at hand. Opening the box, everything was neatly packaged and easy to set up. I didn't read the owner manual, instead I used the Quick Start guide to set up the machine and use it. The quick start guide has everything you need to begin cleaning. The Little Green Hydrosteam machine did an amazing job cleaning our sofa. The sofa is a light grey material and hadn't been cleaned in over 7 years. Using the Steam only mode, I was able to clean the sofa quickly and once done it look almost brand new. I was amazed how quickly the sofa dried. We had just one small stain on the carpet, red wine, and it was no match for the Little Green machine. Switching to Steam Wash mode, in less than 30 seconds the wine stain was gone. After use, clean up was very simple and straight forward with just a few parts to clean. Once dry, I reassembled the Little Green Machine and stored it away. Anybody with pets should own one of these as it does an amazing job of cleaning up spots quickly and efficiently.

My cat vomits often, but this steam cleaner completely erased the evidence! The cleaner even washed away old cat vomit stains in the carpet from the past that hadn't completely come clean with different cleaners. 2. The instructions were easy to read and had a nice quick start guide as well. The product is pretty intuitive. 3. The product can be used in a variety of settings, which is a great feature. However, I have only used it on carpet so far - but am very happy with it! 4. My favorite feature is the steam option, it really seems to loosen up old set in stains. Cons: 1. This portable steam cleaner feels like it is a niche cleaning product, as it reminds me of a carpet cleaner but in a mini size. With that said, I think it is a great fit for my household since I have messy pets and messy kids. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this portable carpet cleaner.

I love the weight and size of it. I have a standard carpet cleaner as well and this machine is so much easier to carry around and use. I steam cleaned my tile floor in my bathroom and got areas clean that are extremely difficult to clean without using a tiny brush. It also pulled a ton of dirt out of areas I didn't realize were so dirty on my rugs and couches. It handled well with their being pet hair in the way as well. It was extremely easy to use and figure out especially if you have ever used a carpet cleaner before. Everything comes apart so every part can be cleaned after. Overall I would choose this machine over setting up the large, heavy style cleaner. I love the size of this machine and the steam option that you can turn on.

It was small enough to carry around the house and also had enough water and steam to use for quite a while before refilling. The stains that I used it on were pretty newer and not super heavy. That being said, I don't know how this would perform on old or really large stains. The steamer was easy to set up and the sample solution it came with lasted me enough to clean most of the carpet in my home. I would definitely recommend this to someone with a small apartment and relatively smaller, not extensive stains. I was able to use this on my stairs which was super nice! My favorite feature was the easy toggle between steam/spray. I received this product through the stellar testing panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It isn't so much as a stream machine as it is a humidifier. Steam is actually hotter than boiling water, hence the reason it actually chemically separates and goes from a liquid to a gas form. In any case, it's supposed to be hot. Whatever this thing is doing the "steam" is cold and whatever cleaning properties bissell markets it having, it cannot possess. It otherwise functions like their other spot cleaners where you honestly have to massively pretreat old stains and vacuum them several times. Their steam setting is just a gimmick.

This is an absolute must if you have a child, pet or messy husband. I received this item through the Stellar Testing Panel and I'm so glad because I don't think I would have expected to get so much use out of it. This is now a must have in my home and I will be gifting one to my parents. The steam function lifts stains better than anything we have tried yet

Therefore, dog paws and kids' feet are constantly tracking black oily tar fragments into the rugs and on the couch. It's nearly impossible to clean -- but WOW -- I am SO impressed with how this steam cleaner lifted those nasty particles up and away. I received this cleaner as part of a Stellar Panel Review testing group. Thrilled at the results. Truly, I've been frustrated trying to find a solution to the tar messes. Every other cleaning method I have tried has left a dull oil-like stain. This little hydro cleaner is really impressive, the way it uses heat to remove the baked in tarballs.

I have a 2 year old and a 1 year old 70lb Bernedoodle puppy so there is always a mess to clean up. I often will delay tackling tough stains because they never actually come out.... Until now. It was able to remove a sticky unknown residue from my carpet that I had assumed would be there until we replaced the carpet. We had professional cleaners try and remove the spots without success. This machine got them out!! Other stains I successfully removed without hassle: dog puke that left a green tint to my carpet, chocolate protein shake spill & for fun I tried our ugly pink tile grout. Additional likes: - Light & easy to move around the house. - Long electrical cord with shorter suction hose = extremely portable & lightweight - First use guide attached to the machine = easy reference for quick clean up of any stain. - Short water tanks were able to be filled in my shallow bathroom sinks = time saver since I could use the sink closest to the mess to fill up the tanks. - Water/cleaning tank had permanent lines indicating water or cleaner solution levels for small or large areas = easy to ensure the proper mixture for the job without needing to find & reference another manual or use any other measuring tools. - The clear plastic 5" flat attachment provided visibility to what was being pulled from the carpet. You could see if you had water & soap which helped know to keep suctioning or if you could stop. - Steam was ready in 30 seconds and was indicated with a light. Instructions were accurate about the time. = provided confidence in the product & set clear expectations. - Clean/dirty water tanks were easy to remove & open even with weak hands/fingers and dexterity issues. - Can be used even with pet hair & other debris around the stain. It just sucks all of the dirt and grime right up saving time and energy!

But it's huge... which made me a bit skeptical about how effective this tiny little portable thing would be. I was given this product by the Stellar Product Panel to try. Gist of it is...I was wrong to be skeptical - this small little steam cleaner is SO GOOD at getting out stubborn spot stains - both on floor carpet and on furniture. I have two kids under 8 and a dog... not to mention a bazillion kid visitors as my house tends to be the play date house. Which means... I have a LOT of little stains - food (applesauce, food pouches, etc), drinks (chocolate milk, hot chocolate, fruit smoothies), slime, marker... a lot. Everything I've used this on has come out when used with the bissell solution... the steam is incredible, but even without the steam, the stains pretty much come out 100%. And everything stores away compactly to fit on a shelf. My only feedback would be that it would be nice if the storage would be slightly more efficient to fit all the attachments without sticking out. All in all, great portable cleaner!
