[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little machine is AMAZING!! I have 3 girls and 2 big dogs- it knocked out stains from them all! Set up was super easy, you take it out and select your attachment! You do have to wait about 30 seconds for the little light to turn orange and the steam is ready to go!! I cleaned velvet bar stools, play room couch cushion and even got a random gunk stain out of the carpet in the bedroom of 4 year old twins!! The tank was a great size and I was able to clean more than I thought with it! My favorite feature is the STEAM it packs a punch and gets the grime lifted without soaking your item! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very impressed with this Little Green Hydrosteam cleaner! Right out of the box there is a quick guide instruction as well as a more thorough instruction manual. I appreciate the quick guide when you're in a hurry to try something new! It has 3 settings for you to use based on the stain you're trying to tackle; wash, steam or a combo steam/wash. It came just in time after a stomach bug ran though our house. I used the steam/wash on our couch and carpet that were victims of the bug and it took the mess right out. It is small and portable to easily carry around the house but the tank is big enough that you're not refilling it multiple times for one area. I was able to use the same tank for both the carpet and the couch before I had to refill. The suction power of the hose is strong so you know it's pulling up the dirt. If that wasn't enough, it's both kind of gross but also satisfying to see the dirty water in the tank when you are done cleaning. I wish the box came with more cleaning solution to get you started. If you're purchasing this I would suggest grabbing a bottle of the solution as well. With 4 kids and a dog, I know my husband and I will be using this machine for a long time for many messes! This little machine has been a lifesaver (house saver) over the past few weeks. This cleaner is lightweight, easy to fill and even easier to empty. The quick startup guide was so helpful, it was simple to figure out which of the three settings to use on what type of stain. This machine was able to remove years old wine stains from our carpet, no problem! I even used it to clean a pet accident on our mattress from our new kitten. I love how quickly I can get the job done with this little machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this portable carpet cleaner from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and was amazed how easy it was to spot clean my carpets and clean my sofa and lazy boy chair upholstery. This machine is the perfect size and weight for the job at hand. Opening the box, everything was neatly packaged and easy to set up. I didn't read the owner manual, instead I used the Quick Start guide to set up the machine and use it. The quick start guide has everything you need to begin cleaning. The Little Green Hydrosteam machine did an amazing job cleaning our sofa. The sofa is a light grey material and hadn't been cleaned in over 7 years. Using the Steam only mode, I was able to clean the sofa quickly and once done it look almost brand new. I was amazed how quickly the sofa dried. We had just one small stain on the carpet, red wine, and it was no match for the Little Green machine. Switching to Steam Wash mode, in less than 30 seconds the wine stain was gone. After use, clean up was very simple and straight forward with just a few parts to clean. Once dry, I reassembled the Little Green Machine and stored it away. Anybody with pets should own one of these as it does an amazing job of cleaning up spots quickly and efficiently.

This machine looks really nice coming out of the box. It comes with 3 different heads and a bottle of solution. I found it easy to figure out with quick start guide and manual. The tank has lines on it for water and solution so it's very easy with no measuring. I tried it on the upholstery of a dining chair. I had given up on it due to it being so stained but I was very impressed. I watched the stains disappear before my eyes! It definitely worked. I did find it hard to hold down the steam button for after awhile. It might be hard to use for someone with arthritis. Otherwise it was very easy to use and satisfying because I could see it working in real time. After I was done with the chair I was looking for more things to clean! What was also satisfying was looking at the dirty water tank (yes it separates dirty water!) and seeing the amount of dirt it took out of just one chair cushion. Wow! I tried the multi surface tool on my floor tile and I don't think it's the best tool for that as it's hard to get leverage. I didn't notice a big difference on tile. It performed very well on fabrics and would be great to use on all kinds of upholstery, couches, and area rugs. I wish I had this item when my baby kept spitting up on the couch. It's perfect for those surface stains. It's also pretty compact and not too heavy. I can see using it upstairs and downstairs without a problem. Both the power cord and the hose stow away safely on the unit, making it very portable and easy to store. Because of this it is a great item for car upholstery and trunks as well. It's very versatile.

I'd been considering buying something like this for a while, and then was lucky to receive one through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I could not be happier with it. We have two cats and two kids, and all four of them make a mess on our rugs, carpets, and couches. This hydrosteamer has saved the day multiple times. As an example, one of our cats ate something that looked like a green bean but was clearly not food. We found the evidence of this on our cream-colored carpet, where the vomit had soaked in and created a green splotch. The hydrosteamer did the trick, and now the carpet isn't stained green. At all. At first I was nervous that this would be too intense of a product, and would damage residential products like rugs. But it's gentle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had cheaper machines with better quality in build and performance. The steam feature is nice but rarely used for the messes I have. I expected more suction power but the machine is quiet so guess you can't have both. The trigger leaks on my hand while pressing the button for spray no matter what cleaning mode it is on. Maybe I got a defective model but I would consider other options before purchasing this unit again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this portable steam cleaner to be both effective and convenient. It was small enough to carry around the house and also had enough water and steam to use for quite a while before refilling. The stains that I used it on were pretty newer and not super heavy. That being said, I don't know how this would perform on old or really large stains. The steamer was easy to set up and the sample solution it came with lasted me enough to clean most of the carpet in my home. I would definitely recommend this to someone with a small apartment and relatively smaller, not extensive stains. I was able to use this on my stairs which was super nice! My favorite feature was the easy toggle between steam/spray. I received this product through the stellar testing panel.

I think Bissell is removing negative reviews. I have the same complaint others have on other sites but strangely those reviews are missing here. The unit simply has no suction at all. It will remove very little if any water from the item being cleaned.

Truly perfect for us. We have a 50 acre farm and you can imagine the dirt. Shipped quickly. I love the design. A great efficient machine. Will again buy from this co.
