I was (and still am) THRILLED about this carpet and upholstery cleaner. As an active and outdoorsy family with a dog who travels everywhere with us, the portable cleaner has been an absolute game changer. With multiple tools that come with the cleaner we were able to access hard to reach areas like in the car, larger surfaces like carpets and rugs, and even the multi surface tool for shoes and bathroom tiles! Stains and marks lifted right out of all the different surfaces we tried it out on with ease. Instructions and set up were a breeze and easy to navigate. Disposing the dirty water tank was easier than expected and ideal for someone who can't lift heavy pieces of equipment - and also disgustingly satisfying to watch go down the drain!! My favorite feature is how portable and versatile this cleaner really is. Our carpets and rugs have never looked so refreshed!

This machine looks really nice coming out of the box. It comes with 3 different heads and a bottle of solution. I found it easy to figure out with quick start guide and manual. The tank has lines on it for water and solution so it's very easy with no measuring. I tried it on the upholstery of a dining chair. I had given up on it due to it being so stained but I was very impressed. I watched the stains disappear before my eyes! It definitely worked. I did find it hard to hold down the steam button for after awhile. It might be hard to use for someone with arthritis. Otherwise it was very easy to use and satisfying because I could see it working in real time. After I was done with the chair I was looking for more things to clean! What was also satisfying was looking at the dirty water tank (yes it separates dirty water!) and seeing the amount of dirt it took out of just one chair cushion. Wow! I tried the multi surface tool on my floor tile and I don't think it's the best tool for that as it's hard to get leverage. I didn't notice a big difference on tile. It performed very well on fabrics and would be great to use on all kinds of upholstery, couches, and area rugs. I wish I had this item when my baby kept spitting up on the couch. It's perfect for those surface stains. It's also pretty compact and not too heavy. I can see using it upstairs and downstairs without a problem. Both the power cord and the hose stow away safely on the unit, making it very portable and easy to store. Because of this it is a great item for car upholstery and trunks as well. It's very versatile.

Don't let the word "little" mislead you- it may be small in size but it's able to take on big messes! As a parent to 2 busy children, we are constantly finding new ways to use this machine. From spots on the couch, to spills on the rug, and even cleaning up cloth seats in the car- I have been really impressed by the cleaning ability of this little machine. It has multiple settings, allowing you to tailor your cleaning to the material and type of mess you're removing. My favorite feature is how small and portable it is, making it easy to use anywhere in the house. Messes are unpredictable and I love that this is quick and easy to set up, with the steam ready shortly after turning it on. It's also strangely rewarding to see the dirty water in the tank after completing a cleaning cycle. My only complaint is that I wish it came with larger attachments to make cleaning a bigger mess easier. All in all, this is a great carper cleaner and I would recommend it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pulling this cleaner out of the box, I was happily surprised at how nice it looks! It is also very easy to set up with clear instructions and a helpful quick start guide. I love the portability of the Little Green ProHeat machine! It is lightweight, easy to carry around and the smaller footprint is great for storage. It may be smaller but it has powerful suction and is quite effective at deep cleaning and removing stains that had been in our carpet and rugs for a while. It also sanitizes and cleans with its steam power. I really like that I can clean our carpeted stairs without lugging a vacuum up and down them now. I've also been wanting something that I could clean with in our minivan and this thing removed stuck on messes and dirt wonderfully. I found the hose and cord are ample lengths for what I need. It might be nice to have a battery powered option in the future if I needed to clean my car and wasn't near an outlet but I wouldn't want to compromise power for added convenience. Also, keep in mind that this is a smaller appliance and isn't intended to clean the carpet of an entire living room like a full size version would. I think my favorite feature is how versatile it is. I can use it to clean up a mess on the kitchen floor, then a stain in the living room carpet, then sanitize my bathroom floor all by easily switching tools and modes. I am very impressed and happy with it overall! I've already recommended it to a couple mom friends as it is especially helpful if you have pets and kiddos! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to receive this product. Since I am at the age where home products are exciting - I couldn't wait to put this to the test. We have two little ones at home who prefer to use anything fabric to wipe their hands instead of wipes/tissues. This machine is perfect! It is compact and works extremely well which makes it easy to keep within our closet and not tucked away with the larger home appliances. I have taken this out several times just to spot clean since it is very convenient. The steam feature is also a game changer as I feel like it really helps cut down on the time needed to lift the stains if you were to attempt this without the steam feature. The instructions were straightforward and easy to assemble and get to cleaning. The machine is also simple to clean once done which is a plus. I look forward to using this often and on items beyond fabric material. I'm thinking grout in the bathroom and floors will be my next project to steam! Super excited. The machine was very easy and intuitive to operate and I was using it within minutes of opening the box. I used the machine to clean my couches and while they didn't appear dirty, there was brown water getting sucked up. Gross! I tried the machine on a white rug that is in a high traffic area of my house. Unfortunately I didn't see a big difference before and after using the cleaner. I had another portal carpet / upholstery cleaner from the same company and I like this one so much more. Easier to operate and easy to clean and maintain.

It came at a great time because the rug in our living room had recently had coffee spilled on it. After reading the instructions, I set up the steamer and got to work. It was very easy to use and worked!! Now that is the cleanest spot on the rug. I will definitely use this for future spills and accidents.

This is a huge upgrade to a product I already loved. Things that I love: The steam: I used it for grout, window seals, tennis shoes, upholstery, and more. It was a little spotty sometime, but overall it made cleaning better! The dirty tank: SO much easier to clean than the regular green machine. You can scrub then inside with soap and water after cleaning up messes. The look: It's adorable. Being an adult is weird. Thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this portable carpet cleaner, it has been an amazing addition to my house. It was super easy to setup and figure out how to use. My first item I tackled was an ottoman we've had in my son's room for three years. There was a mysterious stain I wasn't sure how I was going to get out, but the Little Green HydroSteam Pet did the trick! In like five minutes! I've also tackled throw pillows that are spot clean only, chairs, and more. Of course my dog threw up on my brand new rug - I immediately went to get the cleaner and the throw up was gone - and the smell! My office is in an exterior building, so it was so handy to be able to carry this to my office to clean up quickly. I only wish it had a bigger adapter for a large area rug. And somewhere to store the adapters that are not attached to the hose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked this portable steam cleaner. It was super easy to set up and had an easy to follow instructions. One thing I would have liked was for it to indicate clearly which of the attachments were included as can very quickly lose track of these things while unpacking. It was pretty lightweight and the tanks were easy to take off and reattach without any spills! The clean tank also had full lines to show how much of the cleaner to water is needed. I like how there are three settings. The steam was really great at removing stains from our couch without soaking the cushions so that they dried quickly. The power wash was super effective at cleaning up pet messes from the carpet. Really felt like it was a deep clean with minimal effort. Favourite feature was most definitely the steam and the instructions made it clear that it will take a little time for the steam to start. I thought that the design features with the little copper touches were a nice added touch and that the hose wraps round to store away in a compact manner.
