[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this portable carpet cleaner from the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and I couldn't have been more excited to try it! (Un)luckily for me, I was given the perfect chance to give it a go, when my mom's dog peed on my bed, soaking through to my mattress. Once I noticed the stain, I immediately grabbed my Little Green HydroSteam Pet, and got to work. In a little less than 5 minutes, the pee was gone, and my mattress smelled fresh and clean! I've also used it to clean a food stain from a recliner arm. It was amazing to watch the stain basically disappear as soon as I got the steam and cleaning solution on it! I love how simple it is to set up and use the cleaner. It is super portable, and the wire and hose are cleverly stored on the machine, making it compact and mess free. I'm not always the best at setting up new gadgets, but the instructions provided were very clear, and left no questions unanswered. They even included a handy quick guide attached to the machine itself, which I really appreciated, and found myself referring to a few times when I initially used it. The machine itself is a breeze to use, and I found it weirdly satisfying to watch the dirty water being sucked into the dirty water tank. Once I was finished, clean up was straightforward and took only a few minutes at most. There are three different cleaning modes, depending on the type of stain and object you are using it on, and my favorite feature is the versatility of the items it can clean. It can be used on carpet, upholstery, and even tile and grout! I can't wait to get it working on my shower tile, which definitely is in need of a refresh! I can tell that I will get a ton of use out of this little workhorse, and I will be forever grateful that such a product exists! If I had to improve anything, it would maybe be to make it a bit quieter, as the motor is a bit on the noisy side, and I would be afraid to use it too close to my daughter's room if she was asleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently received the Little Green HydroSteam Pet from Stellar Product Testing Panel to try out. We own an 60 lb dog that sheds constantly. The cleaner did an amazing job in removing dirt, fur, and other stains from my cars fabric seats. We also had some stains that were there for years that the cleaner was able to remove. It's not 100% gone but at least 80-90% which is incredible especially since we didn't pre-treat the area beforehand. The cleaner itself was easy to set up. It came with enough cleaning liquid to completely clean my car seats with a little bit left over.

I was able to clean my couch, then immediately clean the grout in my kitchen floor. It took out stains of who knows what (mom of three with one dog) on the couch while removing most of the dog hair. It did an AMAZING job on my grout - I'm going to tackle the bathroom next My only "complaint" is that I wish the nozzle had longer tubing. This product has been a blessing and already come in quite handy for the short time that we have had it. It was quick and easy to set up right out the box. I love that there are multiple functions to select based on the type of stain that I want to tackle... steam, wash, or 'steamwash' modes have all been perfect to handle different types of messes. It is very easy to switch between the modes and change the attachment hoses/scrubbing options. The dirty water tank has a large capacity and is easy to empty and rinse. Overall, I have been very happy with this product and look forward to seeing more of what it can do! After receiving the product from the Stellar Panel Testing Panel, I went to work with using it in our home. First area I treated was an stain created on the carpet by none other than Georgia clay. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. One thing I did use was warm water to help penetrate the stain. I would venture to say this really helped loosen it up and remove it after going over the stain roughly 3x. The next place I used my new toy was on our steps (it wasn't heavy nor did I break any nails, lol) Because the stain was closer to the side of the wall, it was hard to clean using our traditional carpet cleaner. However, this machine made cleaning the area a walk in the park! The cleaning of both stains took place while our toddler was taking a nap, so I had to move quick! The machine wasn't too loud and it definitely wasn't cumbersome. I love it! I simply love it.

The only con is that pet hair clumps up and is left behind, it doesn't get vacuumed up. So easy to use and lightweight.

With an aging dog and a baby who spits up, this magical machine has been a life saver! My dog had an accident on the front seat of my car, and the portable nature of the Little Green HydroSteam Pet allowed me to wash it very easily, with no trace of urine visible and no odor left behind. We've had some baby spit-up accidents on our carpeted staircase, and again, the portable machine made the clean up quick and painless. The directions were super easy to follow and the machine works rather intuitively. I found the size to be perfect for me to use around the house and it's easy to empty when filled with dirty water. I can't imagine not having this machine after the amount I've used it in the past month!

I will say - when I first heard it was arriving - I was ecstatic! I have three kiddos + a dog with multiple surfaces, so things in our household take their serious share of wear + tear. I was especially interested in using on several lighter colored (washable) rugs that are larger in size. The rugs were purchased specifically for their easy clean / maintain feature. Since the rugs are so large (9x12), I thought this little machine would be perfect to clean up some dingy looking areas. What I will say to start is this - directions were extremely straight-forward; the machine required virtually no set-up; it was light weight; + really easy to use. The cord is also pretty long, so I didn't find myself lugging the machine around to clean varying areas of the floor. What I was a little disappointed in was the overall performance. I used all cleaning attachments, tried all settings + I'm not overly impressed with the way my rugs turned out. I will also add - it was easy to clean + worked great on several surfaces (tile, wood). I attempted on upholstery as well - it was sub par. I am willing to give the product a few more uses - and try changing out the cleaning solution to a varying type (I used only what was included in the product package. I will also say it's a nice touch to add two of the cleaning solution bottles, rather than make you purchase in addition up front. All-in-all - I still have some hope + this won't be making it to the corner of the garage where the island of misfit purchases + no longer used products is located just yet.

It got up the lighter surface level stains but the older stuck on stains didn't come up. I loved the idea of steam because it sanitizes, and my dogs run the house, but I didn't get that clean look, smell, and satisfaction I was looking for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this portable carpet cleaner from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and was so excited to test it out. Right when I opened the box I knew it was going to be awesome. It had some attachments and instructions on top and then the unit was secured under some cardboard. When I got the cleaner out I couldn't believe how small it was. It came with a 5" and multi surface tool as well as a bottle of spot and stain cleaner. There are quick start instructions attached to the cleaner as well. We have a small dog and two kids, so there are a lot of high traffic areas. I filled up the bucket (which is easy to remove, fill and replace) and got ready to go. Since I wanted to test it on dirty carpet I chose the "wash - spray only" feature. It was easy to set up and oh so easy to use. I couldn't believe the difference in such a short amount of time. It didn't seem to over saturate the carpet, so it dried fairly quickly. I am hooked. I can't wait to use it on my couches, drapes and grout. I love how portable the machine is. It is easy to bring anywhere. I know this will be a staple in my house because it can tackle all the messes!
