My cat vomits often, but this steam cleaner completely erased the evidence! The cleaner even washed away old cat vomit stains in the carpet from the past that hadn't completely come clean with different cleaners. 2. The instructions were easy to read and had a nice quick start guide as well. The product is pretty intuitive. 3. The product can be used in a variety of settings, which is a great feature. However, I have only used it on carpet so far - but am very happy with it! 4. My favorite feature is the steam option, it really seems to loosen up old set in stains. Cons: 1. This portable steam cleaner feels like it is a niche cleaning product, as it reminds me of a carpet cleaner but in a mini size. With that said, I think it is a great fit for my household since I have messy pets and messy kids. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this portable carpet cleaner.

We have a large, active dog in the house as well as two playful cats, and they definitely put our furniture and flooring through its paces. Plus, our house is older and has very few outlets which are mostly in inconvenient locations from the chairs and sofa. With the Little Green Cordless, I can pull out all the stains and spills that get on our carpets/upholstered furniture without having to worry about finding an outlet nearby or digging out an extension cord! I would definitely recommend this to anyone with a busy/active household, especially if you have pets and especially if you need the convenience of portability.

We currently have an upright pet vac and let me tell you, it is cumbersome to take out when you want to spit clean something. This Little Green Hydrosteam portable machine is a beast! It deep cleans stains that have been there for awhile! My husband and I didn't have any quick messes to clean up from our son or dogs for this review, but we do have a few things around the house that have just become dingy over time. Our coffee table has a fabric top where we put our feet up and the arms on our sofa have seen better days. Additionally, we have curtains on our french doors and the grease from the door hinges has been driving us nuts! After using the little green hydrosteam on all three areas, I can honestly say this thing works great! The couch arms look restored, the coffee table looks better than ever, and while not all the grease stains came out from the curtains, I think that it just needs another spot treatment to get it out. The only spot that didn't lift right away was the thickest part. My husband even said there is no way it would lift any of the grease and he was pleasantly surprised when it lifted! The machine is extremely easy to set up. We quickly glanced over the start guide, but truthfully it's pretty intuitive, including the buttons and functions. I love how this machine can be used anywhere and is super easy to use. Thank you stellar panel for allowing me to test this out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tested this carpet cleaner through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I have used it on many surfaces in my house so far. I love the weight and size of it. I have a standard carpet cleaner as well and this machine is so much easier to carry around and use. I steam cleaned my tile floor in my bathroom and got areas clean that are extremely difficult to clean without using a tiny brush. It also pulled a ton of dirt out of areas I didn't realize were so dirty on my rugs and couches. It handled well with their being pet hair in the way as well. It was extremely easy to use and figure out especially if you have ever used a carpet cleaner before. Everything comes apart so every part can be cleaned after. Overall I would choose this machine over setting up the large, heavy style cleaner. I love the size of this machine and the steam option that you can turn on.

Potty training is no joke with a stubborn 3 year old and spit up with a newborn. This machine has gotten A LOT of use in the last little while. It's light and easy to use. We've used it on rugs, carpet, our couches and pillows. I really love the steam, it comforts me that it's getting super clean not just surface level. I do with the hose was a little longer and if you let it sit for a minute when you use it again a stream of water sometimes shoots out. Overall I would still recommend this and I use it all the time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little steam cleaner is my new favorite tool! I've used it on rugs, upholstery and our LPV floors. It lifted a stain on my rug another tool could not. The various settings for cleaning versatility are awesome but my favorite feature is that the collection tank and the scrub brush can be cleaned easily and thoroughly after use. This was my biggest pet peeve with a previously used cleaner. One of the dirtiest jobs I used this for was a diaper blowout. Obviously I couldn't vacuum the dog hair and whatever else was on the rug first so it was even more critical that I was able to thoroughly clean the brush and the tank after use. This is an A+ product! Thanks for letting me keep it Stellar Product Testing, we have a lot more cleaning projects to tackle with this little beast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had cheaper machines with better quality in build and performance. The steam feature is nice but rarely used for the messes I have. I expected more suction power but the machine is quiet so guess you can't have both. The trigger leaks on my hand while pressing the button for spray no matter what cleaning mode it is on. Maybe I got a defective model but I would consider other options before purchasing this unit again.

I've gotten stains out of attached couch cushions and am truly disgusted by the color of the water. I also was able to save a fairly new area rug that my dog had diarrhea on. After vacuuming in wash mode I truly couldn't tell where she had pooped! There's a few things that would take this from really good to great. The steam could be hotter and have a wider spray area. This is really only good for very small areas/spot cleaning. Even doing something like a whole 5x7 rug would be very tedious (but not impossible). The attachments are an improvement on the original little green, but still kind of flimsy and feel like they will break within a few more uses. One big improvement they've made though is that you can more easily clean the attachments by taking them apart. Overall I recommend this product and I think they have been listening to customer feedback in product development. It does its job adequately and they are very close to making a 5 star product.

The Little Green HydroSteam Pet was super easy to set up. When you took it out of the box, there was an intuitive quick start guide and instruction manual to help you learn the different functions of the cleaner. The experience with getting the vacuum ready to clean is seamless. Right away you notice the convenience of tool storage directly on the cleaner itself-a practical touch. Filling the water tank is also a simple process: unlatch it, add water, and some detergent, and you're good to go. The cleaner offers three settings: wash, steam, and a combination of both. The included instructions highlight which mode is ideal for different fabrics. The overall design of the product impressed me, with thoughtful placement of buttons and an optimal weight for ease of use. In steam mode, a small red indicator light informs you of when the steam was ready (about 30 seconds) which provides a helpful visual cue. I tested the wash mode on my front entrance area rug, which had some stubborn, embedded dirt. While it did make a noticeable difference, it's worth noting that this cleaner isn't intended for deep carpet cleaning. Covering an entire rug would require a significant amount of effort. Additionally, I tried the combination steam and wash mode on a section of our couch where our dog frequently rests. While the cleaner left the couch feeling fresh, it struggled to pick up pet hair. This was somewhat disappointing, considering the product's branding as a pet-specific cleaner. In summary, I would rate this product a 3 out of 5. It performs well for surface cleaning, but falls short in dealing with pet hair and isn't practical for anything beyond spot cleaning. As such, I'm uncertain how often I would take it out of the closet just for spot cleaning.
