[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had cheaper machines with better quality in build and performance. The steam feature is nice but rarely used for the messes I have. I expected more suction power but the machine is quiet so guess you can't have both. The trigger leaks on my hand while pressing the button for spray no matter what cleaning mode it is on. Maybe I got a defective model but I would consider other options before purchasing this unit again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works so well on set in stains as well as pet accidents! The steam setting is great for getting those pesky annoying stains out. The only con is that pet hair clumps up and is left behind, it doesn't get vacuumed up. So easy to use and lightweight.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been on the market for an upholstery cleaner since I have two dogs and a cat. The dogs are definitely the messy ones so I have been in the marlet for something that can clean and sanitize be ause I can be OCD about cleaning and this was the answer. I was so impressed with the results! My boyfriend had a casper mattress that is probably 4-5 years old and it got out all the stains in the mattress. I also used it on my couches and it also dod an amazing job! The steam helps my OCD since I can't throw a KING mattress in a washer machine lol, this is definitely the next best thing. My boyfriend and I can are germaphobes so this machines is the answer and must have in the home. Product does the job, simply AMAZING!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is amazing and pretty lightweight and easy to use! It was quick to set up, and the instructions all made sense! AMAZING and cleaning up spills and stains, including getting a stubborn old small stain out of the carpet. I love how it can be used on almost anything and so glad I could get to use this item thanks to the Stellar testing panel. My favorite part of it is how easy and fast it works! Amazing product.

I think Bissell is removing negative reviews. I have the same complaint others have on other sites but strangely those reviews are missing here. The unit simply has no suction at all. It will remove very little if any water from the item being cleaned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you to Stellar Panel for providing me with the Little Green HydroSteam pet for review purposes. This machine looks really nice coming out of the box. It comes with 3 different heads and a bottle of solution. I found it easy to figure out with quick start guide and manual. The tank has lines on it for water and solution so it's very easy with no measuring. I tried it on the upholstery of a dining chair. I had given up on it due to it being so stained but I was very impressed. I watched the stains disappear before my eyes! It definitely worked. I did find it hard to hold down the steam button for after awhile. It might be hard to use for someone with arthritis. Otherwise it was very easy to use and satisfying because I could see it working in real time. After I was done with the chair I was looking for more things to clean! What was also satisfying was looking at the dirty water tank (yes it separates dirty water!) and seeing the amount of dirt it took out of just one chair cushion. Wow! I tried the multi surface tool on my floor tile and I don't think it's the best tool for that as it's hard to get leverage. I didn't notice a big difference on tile. It performed very well on fabrics and would be great to use on all kinds of upholstery, couches, and area rugs. I wish I had this item when my baby kept spitting up on the couch. It's perfect for those surface stains. It's also pretty compact and not too heavy. I can see using it upstairs and downstairs without a problem. Both the power cord and the hose stow away safely on the unit, making it very portable and easy to store. Because of this it is a great item for car upholstery and trunks as well. It's very versatile.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this portable carpet cleaner. With an aging dog and a baby who spits up, this magical machine has been a life saver! My dog had an accident on the front seat of my car, and the portable nature of the Little Green HydroSteam Pet allowed me to wash it very easily, with no trace of urine visible and no odor left behind. We've had some baby spit-up accidents on our carpeted staircase, and again, the portable machine made the clean up quick and painless. The directions were super easy to follow and the machine works rather intuitively. I found the size to be perfect for me to use around the house and it's easy to empty when filled with dirty water. I can't imagine not having this machine after the amount I've used it in the past month!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Little Green HydroSteam Pet by Bissell arrived on my doorstep with impeccable timing. I received this portable carpet cleaner from the Stellar Product Testing Panel a day before one of our large labs was accidentally locked in my daughter's room for several hours. The 100 pound dog left a large pile of waste on the light teal and white rug, and its pungent smell had plenty of time to seep into every thread. In the past I would have had to go rent a carpet cleaner from the local market, but thankfully I now own a convenient miniaturized version. The machine includes a thorough stain guide that details the best of its 3 settings to dissolve your particular stain. For dog waste, I set it to "Wash Only" mode, added appropriate levels of included Pet Solution and water in the clean tank, and proceeded to easily scrub then vacuum the brown mess out of the rug. It was almost too easy a process, so much so that I didn't believe it was working, until I glanced at the dirty tank and found it full of the dog's foul waste water. After a quick process I was surprised to find no trace of color or smell in the cleaned rug, and it dried very fast. I'm so thankful to now have such a powerful little tool to combat the constant mess of a household run by 4 small kids and 3 large dogs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product as part of the stellar testing panel. This little machine is amazing! It was easy to set up and took only a few minutes to be ready to clean. The power of the machine was incredible for the size and portability. I used this machine to clean my car and it worked so well to get out stains from my children. Overall, I would highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little baby cleans, steams, and refreshes all in one. After receiving the product from the Stellar Panel Testing Panel, I went to work with using it in our home. First area I treated was an stain created on the carpet by none other than Georgia clay. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. One thing I did use was warm water to help penetrate the stain. I would venture to say this really helped loosen it up and remove it after going over the stain roughly 3x. The next place I used my new toy was on our steps (it wasn't heavy nor did I break any nails, lol) Because the stain was closer to the side of the wall, it was hard to clean using our traditional carpet cleaner. However, this machine made cleaning the area a walk in the park! The cleaning of both stains took place while our toddler was taking a nap, so I had to move quick! The machine wasn't too loud and it definitely wasn't cumbersome. I love it! I simply love it.
