[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had cheaper machines with better quality in build and performance. The steam feature is nice but rarely used for the messes I have. I expected more suction power but the machine is quiet so guess you can't have both. The trigger leaks on my hand while pressing the button for spray no matter what cleaning mode it is on. Maybe I got a defective model but I would consider other options before purchasing this unit again.

Works really good on carpet in smaller areas, for bigger areas it would be easiest to use a normal stand up carpet cleaner. However the issue I have is the quality of the plastic attachments. The hose and the tools were not made well and they are definitely not strong. I feel like they're gonna break easily. Right where the hose connects is a very flimsy connection. I feel it should've been made with more heavy duty material. Im predicting having to use the warranty because of broken items. Otherwise it would've been great.

New, unused Little Green HydroSteam leaks from the clean water tank seal where it clicks into the base. I had to pay for the return shipping despite being sent a defective unit.

Getting ready to try it I had used the old stye bissell portable it was unbelievably awesome and I've used the one that's upright like a vacuum it was great to just bought this steam can't wait
