It was easy to set up and took only a few minutes to be ready to clean. The power of the machine was incredible for the size and portability. I used this machine to clean my car and it worked so well to get out stains from my children. Overall, I would highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After receiving the "Little Green Hydrosteam Pet"from Stellar Product Testing Panel, I was waiting for the perfect opportunity to present itself to use my new cleaning machine. I finally gave up waiting for a stain to appear and decided to use it on my stairs. Until receiving this product, I've only been able to spot treat stains on my stairs with spray cleaner and a cloth as my upright carpet shampooer is too wide to effectively clean them. The size of this machine is perfect to move up and down the stairs with. It is big enough to hold plenty of water to clean my whole set of stairs (8 steps), yet light enough to not be too weighted down. This machine is very compact and is not bulky or cumbersome. All features were designed to be very user-friendly. The hose is long enough to be able to shampoo at least 3 stairs before having to move it up/down. The hose and cord wrap up onto the machine for orderly storage. It is small enough to keep on a storage shelf and doesn't take up much more room than a slow cooker. All lids and caps are connected to the machine and just flip up/down, so there are no extra lids or pieces to keep track of. Two different hose attachments, are included, one is wider and used to clean a larger surface area, and the other is narrow (same width as the hose) to allow access to smaller/tighter spaces. After I began using the machine and throughly read the instructions, I realized I had many different uses for this little machine. The steam setting is great for cleaning new/superficial stains or sanitizing tile/grout floors. I actually gave this a shot and was able to pull a stain from a grout line in my bathroom that had been there for years. I had an oil based stain on my stairs and used the steam setting first to see how it did, and it appears to have completely removed the stain before ever adding the cleaning formula and cleaning the whole set of stairs. I'm so glad to add this machine to my cleaning arsenal.

I have been wanting to try one of these machines for awhile now. I have white furniture with 2 toddlers and 2 dogs so spills and stains are practically a daily occurrence. I have a large stand up carpet cleaner with hose attachment but I avoid using it because it is big, bulky and takes a lot of effort to use. The Little Green HydroSteam pet has quickly become my favorite cleaning appliance! It's not too heavy, compact and so easy to set up and use. From set up to use only takes about 3 minutes. I used this machine on everything including my bar stools, arm chairs, couch and rug. I was shocked at how effective it was at getting stains out. We're talking anything from marker, chocolate, dirt and strawberries. I mostly used the hydro steam setting. The steam was ready in 15-30 seconds. I was shocked at how much dirt was removed. I really love how versatile this machine is! You can use it on so many types of fabrics and surfaces and it does not damage. I can't recommend this product enough!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the stand up bissell carpet cleaner which I say is the BEST carpet cleaner for homes. But it's huge... which made me a bit skeptical about how effective this tiny little portable thing would be. I was given this product by the Stellar Product Panel to try. Gist of it is...I was wrong to be skeptical - this small little steam cleaner is SO GOOD at getting out stubborn spot stains - both on floor carpet and on furniture. I have two kids under 8 and a dog... not to mention a bazillion kid visitors as my house tends to be the play date house. Which means... I have a LOT of little stains - food (applesauce, food pouches, etc), drinks (chocolate milk, hot chocolate, fruit smoothies), slime, marker... a lot. Everything I've used this on has come out when used with the bissell solution... the steam is incredible, but even without the steam, the stains pretty much come out 100%. And everything stores away compactly to fit on a shelf. My only feedback would be that it would be nice if the storage would be slightly more efficient to fit all the attachments without sticking out. All in all, great portable cleaner!

We have a large, active dog in the house as well as two playful cats, and they definitely put our furniture and flooring through its paces. Plus, our house is older and has very few outlets which are mostly in inconvenient locations from the chairs and sofa. With the Little Green Cordless, I can pull out all the stains and spills that get on our carpets/upholstered furniture without having to worry about finding an outlet nearby or digging out an extension cord! I would definitely recommend this to anyone with a busy/active household, especially if you have pets and especially if you need the convenience of portability.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, thankyou to the stellar testing panel for providing me with this cleaner to test! I used it on both a high traffic area rug in our house as well as our couch cushions. We have 3 young children and 3 cats so there is no shortage of messes or petdander and fur lingering around here. On the area rug, it did not perform quite as powerfully as I expected it to. This may be due to the low and tight pile of the rug, im not so sure. But more so, it is very uncomfortable as you have to be on your hands and knees, the whole time while working on the floor or a rug - not very ideal. If they could come up with an attachment that would allow you to use it while standing that would make a world of difference for this machine. On our upholstery however, big difference!!! It was so satisfying to watch that nasty, yellowish brown water get pulled up and out of the cushions with every stroke of the machine. This could be done while sitting on the couch, or bending over, nowhere near as uncomfortable as being on your hands and knees. The quality and design of the machine are beautiful, come with easy to understand directions, and easily assemble and disassemble to clean so I was very satisfied in that department. I would definitely recommend this machine for upholstery cleaning. Rugs and floors not so much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this portable carpet cleaner from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and was amazed how easy it was to spot clean my carpets and clean my sofa and lazy boy chair upholstery. This machine is the perfect size and weight for the job at hand. Opening the box, everything was neatly packaged and easy to set up. I didn't read the owner manual, instead I used the Quick Start guide to set up the machine and use it. The quick start guide has everything you need to begin cleaning. The Little Green Hydrosteam machine did an amazing job cleaning our sofa. The sofa is a light grey material and hadn't been cleaned in over 7 years. Using the Steam only mode, I was able to clean the sofa quickly and once done it look almost brand new. I was amazed how quickly the sofa dried. We had just one small stain on the carpet, red wine, and it was no match for the Little Green machine. Switching to Steam Wash mode, in less than 30 seconds the wine stain was gone. After use, clean up was very simple and straight forward with just a few parts to clean. Once dry, I reassembled the Little Green Machine and stored it away. Anybody with pets should own one of these as it does an amazing job of cleaning up spots quickly and efficiently.
