I had a stubborn stain on our carpet and used another spot cleaner several times and couldn't get it out, however, the HydroSteam got it 99% out of the carpet on first use! It is easy to set up and use, I appreciate the multi-functionaility as well. We gave away our old spot cleaner as soon as we used this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this to spot clean in my home as well as clean the upholstery in my vehicles. Not sure what the bad reviewers are talking about. The steam generated by this machine can ans will burn your hand if placed near the discharge port on the handle. Another reviewer mentions a leaky tank when handled? Never had any issue with either tank leaking. My only complaint with this is the fact that Bissell doesn't tell you what the part # is for the self cleaning tool. My unit didn't come with it. Other than that, its a great machine.

It was small enough to carry around the house and also had enough water and steam to use for quite a while before refilling. The stains that I used it on were pretty newer and not super heavy. That being said, I don't know how this would perform on old or really large stains. The steamer was easy to set up and the sample solution it came with lasted me enough to clean most of the carpet in my home. I would definitely recommend this to someone with a small apartment and relatively smaller, not extensive stains. I was able to use this on my stairs which was super nice! My favorite feature was the easy toggle between steam/spray. I received this product through the stellar testing panel.

Potty training is no joke with a stubborn 3 year old and spit up with a newborn. This machine has gotten A LOT of use in the last little while. It's light and easy to use. We've used it on rugs, carpet, our couches and pillows. I really love the steam, it comforts me that it's getting super clean not just surface level. I do with the hose was a little longer and if you let it sit for a minute when you use it again a stream of water sometimes shoots out. Overall I would still recommend this and I use it all the time!

(Un)luckily for me, I was given the perfect chance to give it a go, when my mom's dog peed on my bed, soaking through to my mattress. Once I noticed the stain, I immediately grabbed my Little Green HydroSteam Pet, and got to work. In a little less than 5 minutes, the pee was gone, and my mattress smelled fresh and clean! I've also used it to clean a food stain from a recliner arm. It was amazing to watch the stain basically disappear as soon as I got the steam and cleaning solution on it! I love how simple it is to set up and use the cleaner. It is super portable, and the wire and hose are cleverly stored on the machine, making it compact and mess free. I'm not always the best at setting up new gadgets, but the instructions provided were very clear, and left no questions unanswered. They even included a handy quick guide attached to the machine itself, which I really appreciated, and found myself referring to a few times when I initially used it. The machine itself is a breeze to use, and I found it weirdly satisfying to watch the dirty water being sucked into the dirty water tank. Once I was finished, clean up was straightforward and took only a few minutes at most. There are three different cleaning modes, depending on the type of stain and object you are using it on, and my favorite feature is the versatility of the items it can clean. It can be used on carpet, upholstery, and even tile and grout! I can't wait to get it working on my shower tile, which definitely is in need of a refresh! I can tell that I will get a ton of use out of this little workhorse, and I will be forever grateful that such a product exists! If I had to improve anything, it would maybe be to make it a bit quieter, as the motor is a bit on the noisy side, and I would be afraid to use it too close to my daughter's room if she was asleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Little Green Hydrosteam Pet is such a handy cleaning product to have! The sleekness and portability of this product is so important. I used this cleaner on my living area rug but definitely see myself using the little green hydrosteam pet cleaner on many different surfaces of my home- tile, grout, and my sofas. The rug I have used it on is in a high traffic area so I really needed something to get in there deep and help freshen up the area. I love that the steaming mode only takes 30 seconds to heat up. The fast drying aspect is amazing. I have a toddler and a dog so being able to get stains out fast and easy is number one of my wishlist of cleaning machines. I also love that it is not super noisy so I am able to use it during my toddler's nap time/bedtime when I am available to clean. The only thing I wish so could change is the length of the power cord. I wish it extended a bit farther to get in hard to reach areas a bit easier. I highly recommend this product for busy parents out there, especially those with pets! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love a good wet vacuum and was really excited for this one to come in!!! It didn't disappoint! I recent had one of my dogs pass away who had cancer (sad :/), but with that he bled at times when he peed and as you know that can be a frustrating mess. This cleaner came just in time!! There were a few blood spots on my couch left from him, but this hydro cleaner cleaned it right up leaving no satins behind!! Also, need to mention my son was in the middle of potty training when I received this hydro cleaner, and boy did it do its job cleaning up pee from accidents! Let's talk set up, with 4 kids I don't have time to sit down and spend a lot of time figuring set up and getting the product to work. This cleaner was so easy and the instructions helped a ton too! It came with a sample bottle of cleaner which is great so you can test it out right away! The cleaner itself is SUPER cute too (I know weird to say about a hydro cleaner) but it very aesthetically pleasing! It's black with rose gold accents... so if you leave it out, it's not an eye sore. All I can say is, I truly recommend this product! Between 4 young kids and 3 dogs, it takes the stress and headache out of my day!!

Right when I opened the box I knew it was going to be awesome. It had some attachments and instructions on top and then the unit was secured under some cardboard. When I got the cleaner out I couldn't believe how small it was. It came with a 5" and multi surface tool as well as a bottle of spot and stain cleaner. There are quick start instructions attached to the cleaner as well. We have a small dog and two kids, so there are a lot of high traffic areas. I filled up the bucket (which is easy to remove, fill and replace) and got ready to go. Since I wanted to test it on dirty carpet I chose the "wash - spray only" feature. It was easy to set up and oh so easy to use. I couldn't believe the difference in such a short amount of time. It didn't seem to over saturate the carpet, so it dried fairly quickly. I am hooked. I can't wait to use it on my couches, drapes and grout. I love how portable the machine is. It is easy to bring anywhere. I know this will be a staple in my house because it can tackle all the messes!
