Printer seems to work fine. Wouldn't print pdf's with images from main computer. HP support was worthless. Almost returned it, but tried Grok first. Recommended turning off EasyColor and working now.

Good print quality. Plug and play setup. Output from printer and document feeder both need to deliver the documents above the try for easier pickup. Tray 1 is easy to feed special paper, i.e. envelopes, card stock, legal, etc.

I have been using hp printers for over 20 years with great success. Decided to purchase my first laser jet color printer to replace my inkjet printer. Ink is starting to become to very expensive to replace so l hope laser toner will last longer

This had all of the features I was looking for: Color laserjet printer/fax/copier with duplex scanning and printing all at a very affordable price. Works great. I consistently get high quality color prints and quick, high quality scans.

Great printer. Setup was easy and connecting to WiFi was simple. Completed upgrade and ready to print in minutes.

HP technical “help”does not exist

It works great a little bit on the slow side..print quality is perfect. The color is near perfect as well.

jams frequently, legal paper doesn't pull thru, have used HP of 30 years, first disappointing product

All good - scanner use could be improved by scanning both sides of papers. Disappointed that the scan email features are only for Windows computers.

Toners cost more that the machine and the printer goes offline all the time unless you are printing nonstop
