[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Mega Capacity 3-Door French Door 30 cu. ft. Refrigerator with Family Hub™ has it all. The stylish stainless steel fits perfectly with any decor. I like that it has a built-in ice maker on the door and that I can get access to crushed or curved ice and chilled water with a click of a button. If I want cubed ice or ice bites I can access the ice maker inside of the freezer drawer. The ice maker makes ice quickly, and with four choices I have never run out yet. There's so much room Inside of this refrigerator. The three shelves are nicely spaced, and the center shelf can be adjusted. I like that the middle shelf can be slid back for taller items. There are also two large clear drawers and one very large drawer located in the refrigerator. This refrigerator is so much deeper than my last one and can fit so much more. I like how deep the freezer drawers are. There are two layers of drawers. The top drawer slides back to reveal two more drawers. I have no issues fitting all of my frozen goods inside this freezer. The all-around cooling system ensures that all of my food gets the same amount of refrigeration. I love that if the doors are left open too long an alarm will sound by playing music. Me and my family voted, and the best part of this refrigerator is the family hub, We can leave each other messages, find recipes, listen to music, display pictures, and even see what is inside the refrigerator with just a click of a button. There are so many things to do and learn on this system, we love it! It's by far my best purchase in appliances.

We had an issue with our fridge, Samsung sent a repair team out under our warranty coverage to repair it. The repair team deemed it irreparable, which apparently is the extent of the warranty coverage! “Welp, we tried!”. Now we have no fridge! We went outside of Samsung to see if an independent repair team could fix it (they couldn’t) and the tech said that far and away they see more Samsung repair calls than any other brand. Wish we’d known that before buying ours. This will be our last.

Not owned long enough to give a thorough review, just initial impressions. The family hub screen is huge, which is fine. It is as a ("tablet") somewhat limited. Nobody is buying a 2k tablet, so keep expectations low. That said, the s/w is completely acceptable. If you are a samsung person, as I am, then use your mobile samsung device to smart view to the hub. You will have basically any app you want. For me, I wanted to view my wyze doorbell (and other cams) w s/v I can do just that. I don't expect or need anything else on my fridge (that isn't already installed) again you're not buying a 2k tablet. The four types of ice is more hype than practical. The ice unit hogs up a good bit of valuable fridge space. I'd settle for the boring two ice types for more room, that's fridge room where the unit is installed. The doors are light-weight and open/close very easily. The only (non) problem w that is sometimes it doesn't get closed, thankfully there is a pleasant notify sound after elapsed door open time. As compared to others the doors are nice light easy to open close - not all fridge doors are. The door shelves are narrow, they don't hold quite as much as another brand, but again, acceptable. The narrow space allows for small items hot, soy or worcestershire sauce size. Overall there is plenty of room for everything. As chef wannabes there is ample space for everything we keep in stock. The camera is novel and kinda cool. I didn't realize this function was there & good thing because the food identification is a joke - love ya samsung but this needs lots of work. I don't care it doesn't bother me. The inside view in & of itself is perfectly fine, just don't rely on the labeling for your grocery list. I am giving five stars because I'm partial to samsung and because I have zero complaints, but it has only been a short time. Oh yea don't do store pick-up w/o a helper or two. It weighs 333 lbs and all doors have to be removed for any standard size entry.

There is so much space in the refrigerator along with great lighting that makes it easy to see everything inside. We love the 3 ice options and how much ice it produces every day. We have always had issues running out of ice, but not with this fridge! The family hub is great too. We use it to show photos, play music and check the weather forecast. We couldn't be happier with this fridge

My husband recorded himself and I did not even know it had that capability. My daughter loves to watch her shoes on it. It records what is in the fridge and let's you know when items need to be replaced. It shows you what is in the fridge. The features are endless. I also received a great deal! Highly recommended!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Refrigerator is making noise. Not sure what this is noise is for? Is it for Fan motor for CPU cooling inside the Digital screen or something else? Not sure though. But this noise is distrubing and this noise comes intermittently.

We especially like the beverage center with the automatic filling water pitcher and having the two different types on ice inside. An amazing feature we really like is the family hub. We display many family pictures and have everyone's schedule on the calendar. Very HAPPY with all the features!!!

I know it’s more expensive than normal fridges but I like nice things ◡̈ I love that I can look in my fridge at the grocery store to see if everything is inside. I love the music feature .. I went grocery shopping the next day .You know you’re old when you get excited for a refrigerator.Who knew having a smart refrigerator was going to be SO awesome .My five favorite thing on hub is customize screens,Amazon dash buttons, listen to music , calendar and shopping list & recipes. Music playing while family photos are on a slide show. I post a TikTok on Samsung fridge queen material. Definitely refrigerator goal along with kitchen vibes

This fridge is terrible, first the left door won’t stay open unless you make the fridge not level and use the biggest door shim they give you…and even then it creeps shut half the time. And to make matters worse, that door doesn’t close easily and I find it open all the time wasting energy. It doesn’t even trigger the open door alarm, what a piece of junk. I don’t recommend this fridge to anyone, it’s way overpriced for what you get. Samsung needs to fix these issues and stop selling junk like this. Really regret my purchase 100%!!!
