So much space and so much fun!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are a multigenerational household who just switched to this refrigerator from an old traditional side by side. This refrigerator has so much space! It fit perfectly in our older kitchen and does not stick out or impede the use of the cabinets around it at all. The freezer is a great configuration to store large items on the bottom and smaller items and ice packs on the top. The refrigerator took a little getting used to and reconfiguring where we wanted everything but it really does make great use of all the space ensuring no space goes to waste. It holds a ton! We got some refrigerator storage bins to organize the shelves and everyone loves it! Being as we are a multigenerational household, we never really know who will be making a grocery store stop, the show me what’s in the fridge feature is amazing! We can quickly assess the needs of the family while out and about. I have also never seen my husband so eager to wash the dishes now that he can play YouTube videos on the fridge while in the kitchen. Our toddler is amazed that she can both draw pictures on the fridge and watch “Miss Rachel.” Personally, my favorite feature is the ice options. A small up of ice water from the door, or filling up my large tumbler with ice for the day from the freezer drawer with the scoop in seconds! It is definitely our new favorite appliance!
Samsung's Dream Refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We LOVE our new refrigerator!! There is so much room in the refrigerator and freeze sections. We especially like the beverage center with the automatic filling water pitcher and having the two different types on ice inside. An amazing feature we really like is the family hub. We display many family pictures and have everyone's schedule on the calendar. Very HAPPY with all the features!!!
Great all around Refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this for a little over two weeks now and are more then impressed with the quality much more then expected. Love the size with the water and Ice on the outside, Love that fingerprints and spills do not show on it as we have younger kids. Super easy to clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator a few months ago and are so happy with it. Not sure that I need 3 ice makers, but we don't have to worry about running out of ice. Love the different size cubes! Love the drawer freezer space in the bottom of refrigerator, makes it easier to find items. The family hub is nice too. Can use Alexa and can stream music in kitchen while cooking...also can look up recipes and see what's inside without opening the door.
Samsung Fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s been a few months and so far, so good. The light is very bright, especially at night time and the fridge and freezer compartments both cool very well - adjustable temps thru the app. The family hub had an update which was nice. Overall, so far I like it.
Great fridge but the left door won't stay open....
I'm torn whether this should be a 2 or 3 star review because the fridge performs great, makes 4 different types of ice and has TONS of room in a counter depth option. BUT, the left door will not stay open without major modifcation, I had to use the largest door shim and basically make the fridge slightly unlevel to get the door to stay open. Even then it still will close if I don't position it just right but making it less level would likely mess with the ice makers so this is the best that can be done. I even had a tech come out and look at it, they said the same thing that this is a design flaw and is common in this model and the Bespoke line. Basically anything with through the door water and ice or the beverage station option. It's a real pain to have to spent so much time and effort fixing something that should not have been an issue to start with. Samsung needs to fix this problem and stop selling these fridges until they get it figured out. It's a huge pain putting in groceries if you can't have both doors open. Otherwise the fridge is great, love the Family Hub and love how efficient it is. Just hate the door and all the work and headache it caused to get it to kinda stay open.

This fridge is a must in your home!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been waiting to get my hands on one of this refrigerators,i finally pull the trigger and I'm not disappointedat all the smart hub feature is a life saver by being able to look inside my fridge! plus all the widgets and app are also available on the fridge for my smart home I deffinetly recommend it
Love it but Hate it
I have already had 4 repairs on my refrigerator. Right now the hub freezes up, the freezer has gone out the ice maker is not working. The extended warranty I took out is a joke.they denied the claim saying late of maintenance. A service tech was just out here on March 5th. Now I am trying to get Samsung to replace it. I love the fridge but I am sick of the problems. Sucks not having a refrigerator that works. The upper part is now staying at 60 plus degrees.

Never again
I purchased a Samsung refrigerator with a smart family hub screen, and it has been nothing but a disappointment. The so-called "smart" features are more like a headache than a convenience. The touchscreen constantly freezes and lags, making it frustrating to use. The promised integration with apps and family features is clunky and unreliable. Not to mention, it comes at a premium price compared to other refrigerators with similar storage capacity. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this product.

Initial impression
Not owned long enough to give a thorough review, just initial impressions. The family hub screen is huge, which is fine. It is as a ("tablet") somewhat limited. Nobody is buying a 2k tablet, so keep expectations low. That said, the s/w is completely acceptable. If you are a samsung person, as I am, then use your mobile samsung device to smart view to the hub. You will have basically any app you want. For me, I wanted to view my wyze doorbell (and other cams) w s/v I can do just that. I don't expect or need anything else on my fridge (that isn't already installed) again you're not buying a 2k tablet. The four types of ice is more hype than practical. The ice unit hogs up a good bit of valuable fridge space. I'd settle for the boring two ice types for more room, that's fridge room where the unit is installed. The doors are light-weight and open/close very easily. The only (non) problem w that is sometimes it doesn't get closed, thankfully there is a pleasant notify sound after elapsed door open time. As compared to others the doors are nice light easy to open close - not all fridge doors are. The door shelves are narrow, they don't hold quite as much as another brand, but again, acceptable. The narrow space allows for small items hot, soy or worcestershire sauce size. Overall there is plenty of room for everything. As chef wannabes there is ample space for everything we keep in stock. The camera is novel and kinda cool. I didn't realize this function was there & good thing because the food identification is a joke - love ya samsung but this needs lots of work. I don't care it doesn't bother me. The inside view in & of itself is perfectly fine, just don't rely on the labeling for your grocery list. I am giving five stars because I'm partial to samsung and because I have zero complaints, but it has only been a short time. Oh yea don't do store pick-up w/o a helper or two. It weighs 333 lbs and all doors have to be removed for any standard size entry.
