[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So as one would expect, there is lots of room in this fridge. So much useful space to store food I am impressed with the layout. The Smart Things app is very cool. It is nice to control everything even when you are not at home. Getting a text that the fridge door is open from the fridge and app is very useful. Of course it looks great and is fingerprint resistant. Loads of ice, and different types is great for parties. The real point of interest is the screen. First, it is just cool! I have listened to audible while cooking. Access to so many apps and even cooking hints. Love that I can get a shot of what is in the fridge with the doors closed, and on the phone. Writing notes is easy and fun! This thing is really cool! Pun intended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shelving for a "high capacity refrigerator" seems to not withstand the weight it should and seems excessively pliant. But other than that minor irritation, it works great. Especially the ice makers as my previous Samsung refrigerator's ice make never worked correctly.

The sleek look with the fingerprint resistance surface, makes for easy cleaning. it makes 4 types of ice that cool 2 on the bottom and dispense on the exterior with cube and crush option. . i love the fact i can look in the refrigerator from the outside. i am able to hook up to my Smart Thing App and get the alert of water filter change and when the door is open too long alert. The smart thing app i allows me to see in my fridges from my phone well am away on the road. Being able to listen to the radio or a cooking video. when i set up the app on my phone i use the quick freeze to get the fridge up to temp. Overall i made the Best Choice for my home and family.

I enjoy the fact that I can see the contents of the inside of my refrigerator while at the store making easy to not forget the important items that are needed. I didn’t realize how big this refrigerator was until it was installed in my home and there was still plenty of room for more food! The shelves in the refrigerator are big enough to hold all the condiments with ease. I love the fact that there are two ways to get ice, one from the fridge door and one bin in the freezer that makes pellet sized ice which is my favorite, and it includes an ice scoop. The Family Hub is a talking point when family or guest visit. It’s easy to leave notes, watch some TV, stream music, or even surf the web.

I got this giant fridge with the tablet in 2018. At first the ice maker gave up in 2020, then the fridge lights stopped working in 2021 and now the fridge stopped cooling in 2024. So disappointed in Samsung. Will never buy any kitchen or laundry electronics from them ever and I warn all the customers as well. Not worth the money. My old fridge from GE is still going smooth even after 20 years with no complaints what so ever. Samsung has extremely low quality kitchen and laundry gadgets. Can’t wait to replace my Samsung washer as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is amazing! The smart features are really cool, customizable shelves are really neat and the LED lights are bright. This things also holds a ton of stuff. I don't know the previous sqft of the old fridge but this thing blows it out of the water. No more struggling to figure out where to shift things! The smart screen and Smartthings integration is pretty cool. I'm familiar with Android phones and tablets but this is a bit different. Kind of like an android tablet lite. Lots of fun ways to share photos, control your home, watch your Ring cameras, etc etc. My only minor gripes would be that the resolution of the screen isn't great. I'm tall so when I stand in front of it the colors wash out. I wish it had full on android tablet feature and access to apps is a bit limited. All in all, I'd totally recommend this fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never knew a refrigerator could have this many features! The Family Hub is so useful and easy to use, I had no idea what to expect. I Never would have thought I would want a refrigerator with features like a touchscreen, but now I don’t think I could have one without it! From being able to put to-do lists on the home screen to keeping track of expiration dates, this feature is super convenient. Moving on to the inside of the fridge, it is massive inside. Where we used to not be able to see everything we had in our old fridge, to now being able to clearly see everything due to the amount of space and the bright LED lights, we couldn’t be happier. We are able to organize our fridge how we want to maximize all of the space, along with not wasting as much food as we did before. Now for the freezer, I was skeptical because I’ve never had a bottom freeze and I didn’t think there would be as much space as a side-by-side, but boy was I wrong. We put everything we had in our old side-by-side freezer into the bottom freezer and still have space to use (photos taken before!). Also, we love the different types of ice, especially the Ice Bites. I found that using the Smart Things app is very helpful with remembering what to put on a shopping list and uploading photos that show on the fridge door. Gone are the days of magnets holding photos up, you can easily and quickly put them on a screen! We have only used the Power Freeze option one time, to speed up the making of ice because we had family over and that worked great! We never ran out of ice and that was a feature I didn’t even know about originally! Overall, we love this fridge, the size, the amazing features, the brightness, and the Family Hub makes me highly recommend owning this refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this fridge on cyber Monday at a good price and we were simply looking for a replacement fridge for our old Samsung. The old one had an issue of the internal coils would freeze up about once a month. We were really only looking for a refrigerator but thought to try the smarthub system out. The refrigerator itself does what it is designed to do and the best feature in my opinion is the selection of ice in the freezer. Very nice touch,. In regard to the smarthub system, it is nice but not great. The internal cameras are limited in their view so take that into account. You do get a view of the inside and can check on your stock remotely but it's still a limited view. The TV is basic but has some nice content at times. Streaming audio is nice but would be amazing if it would connect to Sonos ecosystem such as the Arc. We love the family pics on the fridge and the calendar sync is very nice. The most annoying issue we had so far is the french doors do not close as easily as our old one and there is an alarm to notify you it is open. I find this happens almost daily with the family and is annoying. The doors do not seem to self close as smoothly on this unit. So far so good and in the end, your looking for a refrigerator to keep food cool and all these bells and whistles are for the tech nerds like me.

What's cool is how the doors work. Even if you don't have much space, the doors open smoothly. Those French-style doors are awesome because I can put frozen stuff in without any fuss. Now, let me tell you about the best part: the Family Hub. It's like a window into the fridge. It can show me what's inside and guess what? It already knows what's in there! And here's the fun part—it talks to Alexa and can control my other smart gadgets. Changing the temperatures is easy too, just a tap on the screen. And it's super roomy inside—it's like a big 25-cubic-foot space for all your food. Installing it was a piece of cake. The technicians brought it in without any trouble, and they didn't even need to take the front door off. They just moved the water pipe from the old fridge to the new one. It took about a day to get really cold. As for the doors, they open smoothly and close nicely, but I wish they were even tighter to keep the cold air inside. Inside, there are three racks you can move up or down. That's handy for taller items like milk cans. And the side doors have three shelves each, so there's a lot of space. There's a big drawer for vegetables and a smaller one for herbs. The best part? This fridge doesn't make much noise—it's pretty quiet. Overall, I'm happy with this fridge. It fits well, works great, and makes my kitchen quieter and cooler.
