Whites are white, even the old whites that had turned gray. Towels are fluffy and smell fresh. Easy to use and love the WIFI as the unit is in the garage and lets me know when it is finished. Great purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer works great… does everything you need and more. My only issue is the wifi does not 5Ghz routers. If you have a multiband (2.4ghz and 5Ghz) router, you have to trick the washer into connecting by leveraging another device.

I purchased this washer a month ago. This is my second LG Front Loading Washing Machine, and I am really happy with it. In my family of 6 I can finish all my laundry within one day and the the alert sent to my phone when the cycle is complete is so helpful. I love the energy efficient settings and how clean my clothes are when the cycle is finished.

I love the quick load feature and the extra long load feature for sanitizing sheets and towels. It is super quiet and has a cute bell when the load is complete.

I have been using this for about 3 weeks now, clothes are clean, the spin cycle takes almost all the water out (which saves on dry times), and the notification features are so nice letting me know when the cycle is done! I bought the matching dryer as well, so having a brand new set, that works efficiently is something I haven't had in years! I am looking forward to years of great service!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaced an older LG model that had transmission troubles after 12 years of service with only 1 or 2 service calls. This is a great unit with a lot of useful washing features. However, I couldn’t connect it to my wireless network, as the instructions weren’t great and there were so many requirements regarding such connection. I did not need the network connection and would just as soon have not even had that feature anyway, so not really a problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a new washer & researched the top models. This one was rated as one of the best all around washers. I love that the time of the wash cycles are cut in half (35 minutes vs 105 minutes on old front loader) and still get the laundry nice & clean. Mostly I use the cycles on the washer but like to add extra rinse for all my loads. So far, I'm very happy with my new washer and it's so much quieter than my old one.

I love our new washing machine. Our old washer would get out of balance even after being serviced several times. It would literally move across the floor and it would take several tries to get it balanced again.Our four sons seeing how frustrated this was saved up money and purchased this washer. It is so wonderful with all the new technology. The time saved washing clothes is such a life saver. It makes our hearts happy and sometimes I just sit and watch it work.

Had an old noisy front loader. My LG is so quiet and cleans so much better. The high speed spin almost dries clothes. There are lots of features, but selecting a cycle is as easy as turning the knob and letting artificial intelligence make the choices..
