[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my new LG washer and dryer installed last week by a friendly and very efficient installer. I absolutely love my new washer, it’s very quiet, easy to operate, with lots of programs, and washes much cleaner than my former top loader.

It is easy to use and has many options for wash, rinse, and spin cycles. My washables all seem cleaner and ready for the drier at the end of the cycles. We are really pleased with our choice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Old washer (LG front load also) finally needed to be replaced after 8 years. Got this new front load washer with greater capacity and love it. Our washer is treated like a commercial on as it gets used every day. Large family tons of clothes to wash, really does wash for 3 families. Delivery and set up were done quickly. New control panel is nice. Like the changes in part to add soap, bleach and softener. We are so happy with this great washer.

We purchased these a month ago to replace an aging LG set of the same style. The others were fantastic but after 17 years, they needed an upgrade. These are the same basic models and were a perfect replacement set. Glad we got these when we did before the government outlaws them.

We could not be more happy with the manufacturing quality of this machine. I was an aircraft mechanic before retirement and confirm the build quality as ready for flight!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first front loader washer. I’ve always preferred top loader but this one came with the house. And it’s exactly why I never purchased a front loader before. It smells of mildew constantly. So I have to leave the door open and dry it out which makes my house smell. Also I love that it uses less water, but I have noticed it also doesn’t get my whites as clean. When washing our king size comforter it also kicked off the power. This surprised me because this washer is bigger and rice as expensive as my old washer which had no problem washing a king size comforter. Apart from all those cons, it’s pretty and I love all the different options for cycles. If you’re all about the looks of your washer and it’s features this is the washer for you, but if you don’t care go with a cheaper top loader!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 1st front-load. Oh how I miss the worry-free ease of my old pair. With time I hope to appreciate the water savings and supposed improved cleaning ability of the LG. But right out of the gate I was plagued with small holes in t-shirts as a result of washing them with a zippered shirt. Delicate cycle, with zipper closed and garment inside out still yielded a pin hole here and there. Now I hand-wash a few zippered shirts to avoid this issue. So much for front-loads being gentler as compared to my old agitator style unit. I try to use the normal cycle whenever possible. The other cycles take twice as long. I’m not convinced using the bedding or towel cycle for instance yields better results. I was also excited to have the notifications on my phone when the washer/dryer were complete. That luxury was short lived. While my router is but a stones through from my laundry room, I’ve wasted countless hours trying to reconnect them to wi-fi. A quick Google search reveals I am a part of a large community of consumers with this same issue spanning over several years. When success was once again near, I find in the multitude of attempts to reestablish connectivity I’ve managed to create duplicate profiles. Now I cannot have access to my dryer until it is removed from the “other” profile. I’ve not a clue how to resolve this issue. I figured out that I did indeed use two different emails because email confirmations from LG are in my Inbox. Yet when I try to login to delete one of the profiles, LG website states neither user exists. More fun awaits if I want to continue to attempt to use this coveted yet elusive feature. Signed still staring at my iPhone while dressed in my t-shirt with a hole.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 16 year old LG washer and dryer. Both still worked very well but wanted to upgrade our laundry. Love the features and quality of new washer. Many cost saving features and love the 4.5 cu ft capacity.

There was showing an error code and we decided to buy new LG washer. I am sure an error code we could have resolve the issue but we were happy to get new LG machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer (and dryer) to replace my LG Tromm front loaders that were 16 years old when the washer finally gave out (the dryer was still running well!). The fact that my original ones lasted that long and never broke down in 16 years made me buy another LG set. After 2 weeks with the new set I am very happy with my purchase. I think they perform even better than my original ones since technology has improved a lot in 16 years. They are quite, as the quick cycle is super fast. They fit large loads. They have more wash cycles than my original ones. And the price was very reasonable. I’m very Satisfied.
