[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this washer for about a month and so far it works great. I wasn't sure if the Turbo Wash would be worth the extra money, but it is. I really cuts down on the time it takes to do a cycle without sacrificing your clothes getting clean. The app that you can use on your smartphone is handy, but it had some quirks to get it paired with the washer. Once set up on the phone, no problems. The washer is very quiet and it doesn't stick out so far into the room compared to some others, which was one of the deciding factors in getting this one. The front of the washer has a smoke colored cover on the door, which I'm not sure I like or not. It's a little too dark so you can't see very well whats going on in the washer. However it makes the front of the door perfectly flat and looks sleek. The inner window is actually tempered glass and not acrylic which is impressive. All in all very impressed with the washer so far. Cleanliness of the clothes is far superior to the HE top load washer it replaced.

The smart phone functionality sent me a prompt that there was an issue with the filter so I opened both the exterior and interior wall vents only to find an overwhelming amount of built up lint from the older machine. Fire hazard avoided! Thank you LG!

The increase in tub capacity surprised me. My 12-year old Bosch washer seemed large at the time, but now I can do 1 1/2 loads at a time and get through the laundry much faster - always a plus as my machines are in my cold garage! But it feels like the completed wash cycle is slightly wetter than the old Bosch. Not by much, but noticeable. With the increased new tub size, I might just need a larger new LG dryer - and matching laundry pieces are always an esthetic plus. Even if they are in the garage.

I love my LG washer and dryer. The washing and drying cycles are quick and the clothes are cleaned well. Also, I like that you don't need to use very much detergent to get the clothing cleaned. It is easy to program to get just about any combination of washing you need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the washer/dryer pair and had them delivered on 2/6/21. The dryer had a large dent on the side which prevented the drum from rotating. I did not accept the delivery on the dryer. It is 2/21/21 and I have yet to receive a dryer, no idea when I'm going to get it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer cleans great! I didn't think I would use the App but decided to download it to check out what it offers. Well the App let me know right away that the installers hooked up the water lines wrong! Was able to get that fixed right away.

I like it but it vibrates some even though it is level and balanced. I am not sure if that is normal. It was spinning on High not extra high. I like the way it cleans. The washer says the rinses are all cold yet on one of the cycles when the washer is done the clothes feel warm so for that cycle it is not rinsing in cold. While spinning on turbo it makes a weird noise. I have to say there are many cycles I have not tried yet.

I bought the machine 3 weeks ago. I am enjoying but am unable to take full advantages of all the features because it did not come with a user manual and how to use all the features. You can only get the full user manual and you can't download it as a pdf file.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to replace our 10+year old previous model and am really happy with updated features. The new panel took a little adjustment. The addition of wifi and smart integration is outstanding. One downside was incompatible with our previous drawer/stand. Would've been nice if that incompatibility was explicitly stated.
