My LG Washing Machine - although I was skeptical at first - was the BEST investment of my life. Low water usage - Low Power Consumption - I thought the OLD Auger driven machines (May Tag washer) was better - but after using for nearly 2 months - it's MUCH better. Clothes are CLEANER than the AUGER machine / not damaged too - it takes longer with the time to clean with new technology and approach - but I would NEVER part with this LG product washing machine.

I'm more then happy withy washer its by far the best washer I have had . It cleans clothes extremely well and only thing I don't like is it don't have lights on the inside so you can see your laundry and check on it but still if I could give more then 5 stars I would

It was aging and I researched the current washers and I chose this model. I am especially pleased with the steam, allergy, turbo wash, and the towel cycles. All of the other cycles and spin are also excellent. You can also add many options to the many cycles.

Love the steam for cleaning towels. The best part is the capacity - I can fit SO MUCH! Love that I can wash my comforter at home, no more trips to the laundromat! The app is a nice bonus, though a little clunky.

The only issue I do have is that the screen where you can make changes does not light up enough and it is difficult to see your choices. I do like the little tune that plays when your wash is done.

We purchased these a month ago to replace an aging LG set of the same style. The others were fantastic but after 17 years, they needed an upgrade. These are the same basic models and were a perfect replacement set. Glad we got these when we did before the government outlaws them.

I already was used to the quality of LG washing machines, so I wanted to stick with them. This washer is amazing! So much more water efficient, faster and produces cleaner dryer clothes (thanks to the incredible AI and spinning cycles)! I paired this with the set Dryer. AWESOME!!!

I knew there would be a learning curve with a new brand, but it didn't take long to become familiar with all the options. First thing I noticed...my clothes appear cleaner! That's a plus!! The washing time was a bit longer than I was used to, but it wasn't substantial. This washer is definitely louder than my other machine, but again not a deal breaker. Was hesitant about purchasing another front loader, but after discussing the pros/cons of this LG washer, I was sold on trying another one again and doing my due diligence to keep the washer door, drum, rubber gasket & detergent drawer dry after I've finished all my wash for the day. I'm really enjoying my new washer & dryer and would recommend them.

Even even the bottoms of socks are white again. In addition, I just plain like relying on the sensory function. The little bit of extra care to wipe out the gasket and door are worth it. After one month, I am very pleased.

Setting up the web-based features has been daunting -- we haven't succeeded yet. The real world user manual provided with the washer is quite summary. You get a little more detail going to the online version, but fuller descriptions of the various cycles and more detail generally would be nice.
