[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought this a few weeks ago. We didn't have much space to put it. So we bought the brackets to stack it with the dryer. Only problem was the measurements of the washing machine were a little shorter than the actual washer & dryer. But we made it work. The washer is fast and efficient, and I love the features it has.

I do have some complaints tho first the door window should not be that tinted so you can see into the washer second it spins so fast and it sometimes if very loud. Pros it is easy to work and set up as well as the wifi and phone app is so easy to use and it sets up fast and you can just sit on your couch or when you are out it will work as well

I bought the machine 3 weeks ago. I am enjoying but am unable to take full advantages of all the features because it did not come with a user manual and how to use all the features. You can only get the full user manual and you can't download it as a pdf file.

I was skeptical about front load washers after polling my friends and finding most were not happy. So far I am nothing but pleased. I use my washer at least 6 times per week- which I know is not a lot compared to many families. But my clothes are just as clean as with my old machine with an agitator. The washer sings when a load is finished and with the wi-fi it even sends a message to my phone. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this washer to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my old front load washer for 11 years and the pump went out so I replaced it with this. Now I'm wondering why I didn't do this sooner! I LOVE this washer!!! It cleans my clothes so much better than even my old one. They just smell so much better after coming out of this washer. I love all the features and all the washing options. I'm still learning them all, but my favorite feature so far is the turbo wash! It's so fast! My other favorite feature is the app that connects to the washer which alerts me when my load is done and can customize the download options. And it keeps track of how many loads I'm doing which is handy for when I need to clean the barrel. This thing is AMAZING!!!! Now I'm wishing I could get the matching dryer.

Found this pair on sale and it had good reviews. Using it has been easy and I’m very happy with the choice we made. Does a great job getting clothes clean and dry!

I love my LG washer and dryer. The washing and drying cycles are quick and the clothes are cleaned well. Also, I like that you don't need to use very much detergent to get the clothing cleaned. It is easy to program to get just about any combination of washing you need.

The increase in tub capacity surprised me. My 12-year old Bosch washer seemed large at the time, but now I can do 1 1/2 loads at a time and get through the laundry much faster - always a plus as my machines are in my cold garage! But it feels like the completed wash cycle is slightly wetter than the old Bosch. Not by much, but noticeable. With the increased new tub size, I might just need a larger new LG dryer - and matching laundry pieces are always an esthetic plus. Even if they are in the garage.

Also love the wifi option so I know when it gets done. Overall love the washer. Will more than likely buy the matching dryer when current one needs replaced.
