I did some research, the 4000HWA rated highly and had both energy and water saving features along with steam and sanitation, things that are helpful with a dog. We noticed an immediate difference in our clothing. Softer, and brighter. Reduced detergent use too! And it can be linked up with the LQ on line app to perform even more miracles. Would definitely recommend the washer as "Life's Better" :)

It get my clothes much cleaner than my previous machine and is very easy to operate. I did have to buy the pedestal to raise it up for easier loading and unloading. I am very pleased with this washing machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went with the LG solely because of the positive consumer report reviews. I subsequently learned my brother has had an LG washing machine probably 10 - 15 years. He seems to be really pleased with his LG washer. Here is my personal assessment. The washing machine is extremely noisy and sounds like a jet engine at times in different cycles and significantly harder on the clothes compared to a different brand front load washer we had probably 15 years. We like how the tub is made to allow the water to drain. We use powder detergent to avoid mold issues associated with front loads. The pedestals are sturdy; however cosmetically, there is a one inch separation between pedestal and washer on sides which collects dust and is very unappealing. The one inch separation was not readily visible on photos on LG's website. With the pedestals, the washing machine is the perfect height for me at 5"4'. The front instrument panel regarding number of spin cycles etc on the right are hard to read and not intuitive for older people. The instructions for the wifi settings were not clear, especially deciphering what the password should be. The turbo jets seem to be a nice feature. The 15 minute wash is a very nice option. The color of the washer is awesome. The wash cycles are very reasonable. Although the color is nice and its cool to have the latest technology, I am highly disappointed about the noise and how the washer is harder on clothes than my previous brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our washer for two weeks and so far I am impressed by it's performance. It is great at removing stains. It doesn’t take very much detergent. A little goes a long way! It has made doing laundry much less of a chore! Thank you!!!!

Great machine. The large door greatly helps clothes loading and unloading. The drum is tilted down and to the rear. So clothes ends up towards back and bottom after cycle completes. But I guess the orientation is better for water drainage. WiFi set up and product registration is a little problematic with regards to network connection not being strong enough. My router is 15 f away. But this problem is common to my LG dryer and refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 10 year old GE Profile washer and dryer set with the LG turbo wash 360 steam washer and dryer and holy moly- what an upgrade!! My clothes are coming our incredibly clean and dewrinkled - I wish we would have gotten them years ago! We did our research on consumer reports and LG outshined GE and Samsung ! So glad we went with this washer and dryer set!

I have had this for almost a month and am glad I finally purchased a front loading washer. LG has made one with all the features I wanted. So far so good. One of the reasons I wanted to switch from my top loader is that loads would become unbalanced and would stop and need manual load redistribution. I would go to the laundry room thinking my load would be done but it would have stopped with that problem. Not so with this one!

We have only had this washer for a couple of months and so far are very pleased with how it cleans. Not happy with how noisy it is but guess thats to be expected. Just can't do laundry while my husband is sleeping. The rubber area round the door gets water and crud caught under the rubber after washing. I just have to remember to clean that area out and then leave the door open so the inside can dry before I close it so hopefully it will not smell. So far not bad.

The clothes feel and seem cleaner than previous machines and dryer is great to, does its job in one cycle. Our old dryer took at least 2 full cycles and still the clothes came out a little damp. These new machines are a good purchase.
