[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine does a great job. My only criticism is that the display panel is not back lit and is very hard to read. Honestly, if I had known this at the time of purchase I would have chosen something else. But my clothes are clean.

I purchased this a month ago. I have to admit at first I as ready to return it. I could not get the features to change the way I thought they would. It turns out I just needed a little lesson. When you select the desired wash you need to turn the knob a little to the left. This allows you to change the water temp, dirt level etc.to your exact needs. It’s a magic little step that turns this washer into YOUR washer. Love it!

This model washer is similar to the old but has new upgraded features that we really like. We like that it checks the load and determines the wash cycle timing based off that. It uses even less detergent than the old model. It is very efficient and it is quiet and quite vibration free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the washer and matching dry. They work great and are easy to use. The only drawback is that the doors open the wrong way. The dryer door can be changed but the washer cannot. It’s a real pain.

I have used this washer for 8 cycles and so far I love it. Connecting the app to wifi is easy (follow the instructions) and the app features are great. I like the notifications when the washer has completed its cycle and the monthly emails about how the washer is performing. I really hope the washer lasts 10+ years but only time will tell.

Does and excellent job cleaning clothes. my only negative is we purchased a pair and the dryer has a led drum light and the washer does not. seems odd when they are a pair.

This should save money because the dryer will have a shorter run time. Another feature that I really like is that it sends alerts to my cell phone when a load is done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the washer for two weeks and love how quiet it is. My desk is located next to the washer and dryer and it is fairly quiet. I also love how gentle it is on my clothes and yet gets deeply ingrained stains out. Even the third party delivery person remarked that we bought the best washer. He says that people rave about these machines and they are much more dependable than the others that he delivers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the LG WM4000HBA smart washer when our Kenmore could not be repaired due to aging out of replacement parts. We are very satisfied with the washer thus far. I guess my only confusion is with a steam option that runs at cycle’s end even when using cold water wash option. You can tell the clothing is cool to touch after a couple of minutes but it still seems counter productive. Otherwise, we are happy with our choice.
