This is a recent purchase so I can’t speak to the durability of this product, but so far I am satisfied. I have gotten an error message when using early on, but just reset and it resolved. Hoping that this product will live up to the testimonials I reviewed prior to purchase/

This is the 2nd washer I have bought in 3 months. The first was a different brand and came broken. After dealing with 3 months of trying to get it fixed, I refused to have it replaced by that brand. LG was recommended by several people I talked to and so I replaced it with this LG washer and it is the best washer I have ever had. Wish I had bought this first!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been very pleased with our washer. We tried it on the ground and didn't like bending over so far, so we ordered a pedestal. It was a challenge to lift it onto the pedestal, but it is at the right height. It washes the close much faster than our previous washer and gets them significantly drier, which should save money on how long we use the dryer. I like that we can set a timer for when the laundry will turn on. I like the alerts on my phone when the washer cycle is finished. The only negative I have found is it doesn't have a soak cycle that I have found. Otherwise, we love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: This is a very quiet front load washer with many excellent features. It has a good load capacity, and is gentle on the clothes. The ability to download a custom wash cycle is a nice benefit, and we’ve used the “small load” cycle several times. Cons: Not many! The wireless notification capability has been iffy, although there is an excellent signal and the LG dryer beside it has had no notification problems. That’s not a big deal, though. Finally, the control panel on the upper right is not backlit, and the print is not very prominent, so the lettering is difficult to see for those that have some vision impairment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my new LG wi-fi enabled high capacity washer and dryer about a month ago. This is the 2nd set we have had. We had to sell our first set because we moved to a new home that had a gas hook-up for the dryer instead of electric. The new set it very quiet. There are so many options on both appliances that ensure that no matter my needs LG has me covered. They are both energy savers. They are very sleek looking. And both handle extra large loads with ease which cuts down on loads. I am able to remotely start both which is convenient. I just can't say enough about my love for my washer and dryer. I felt the same about our old set as well. I will always buy LG.

LG is my favorite choice because of the beauty and the reliability it will bring to our home. This newly designed Black Stainless are very easy to maintain and hides most of the finger prints. It is to get started doing a wash. But the number of options allows you to customize your washes to what is being washed. Remote start and finish notification is an excellent feature. But the inability to turn in and start remotely would be useful. For example, my wife puts in a load but waits to see if I have any items to add. If not, one of us still needs to go to the machine t on start it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has several wash modes and adjusts it's wash times according to the load instead of simply washing for a set amount of time like our old front loader. It also handles several heavy bath mats much better than our old front loader did. It's relatively quiet, but the water input seems a bit louder than our old machine. I think the excess noise when the machine is filling may be due to the fact that when the machine was installed, the installers put 6 foot water lines on when we previously had much shorter water lines. I may change these out for shorter water lines to see if it reduces the noise a bit. I like the WiFi connectivity so that I'm notified when a load has completed, but the iPhone app is too full of ads and other garbage. The whole top third of the app is "Share your Home with your family or roommates". I don't want to share it with anyone else, but I can't get rid of the big, bold message and the "invite member" button. At least the rest of the ads and other garbage are at the bottom of the app screen, underneath the important information. I was also able to download another wash cycle (handwash), which is very convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this machine for a month and am very happy with it thus far. It's a step up from my old top loading machine, has larger capacity, runs quietly and the cycle is pretty quick. The menu of choices is large and intuitive. So far, so good!
