I have been very pleased so far. I am enjoying the texting features alerting me when my laundry is completed or if there is something that I need to do - clean machine after so many loads, etc. I have not had any issues after several loads! Fast and effecient!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Way too early to review, but LG wants it - OK. It is very quiet. I like the online notification of when the load is done, because I can't hear any signal. I haven't tried many of the other cycles yet or the steam drying, so no comments yet.

I built a stand to get up more to my height then figuring out the controls took me some time as I was provided no guidance by the purchaser. Once I got familiar I love the washer it does a great job, uses less soap and softener andcompletes the wash cycle in a short peroid of time.

Installation of vent through the floor could be made easier if a template were provided to position where the hole should be cut through the floor to line up with machine through the floor vent kit. There should be a way to clean the lint piping internal to the dryer from the front. Just cleaning the lint screen isn’t enough over time. One should not have to pull the dryer away from the wall to clean the internal vent piping.

The crew that showed up for installation were great in handling the washers (both new and old) up and down the stairway, no damage to walls within the house. Overall, I was happy with this washer and the service received.

I have had this for almost a month and am glad I finally purchased a front loading washer. LG has made one with all the features I wanted. So far so good. One of the reasons I wanted to switch from my top loader is that loads would become unbalanced and would stop and need manual load redistribution. I would go to the laundry room thinking my load would be done but it would have stopped with that problem. Not so with this one!

My old washer lasted 18 years, but I knew I wanted my replacement to be an LG. You only need to look in Consumer's Report to see how many LG washers are in the top 10!! It's sleek, quiet and super smart (with it's many wash choices). I have a feeling I might never have to replace this beauty!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this washer. I was skeptical at first to buy a front loader but learned that the manufacturers have fixed the "water in door" issue. A rubber circle that drains is now in the door which the water can drain out of.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed two weeks ago. Washer is excellent at cleaning clothes and I am still learning the different wash cycles. Problem with phone app but I am sure that is a problem on my end. Highly recommend this washer!
