[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my fiancé and I decided to buy our lg thin Q about two months ago and it is seriously the best thing we’ve ever done. we live in a small apartment and was worried about finding a washer and dryer that fit, but the thin Q is perfect! love the ability to be able to stack or have side by side if we move. it’s so easy to use even with all its amazing features, use the app to change your ‘downloaded’ section to whatever you want! we are expecting in august so this is the perfect time to get everything ready and we love the ‘baby clothes’ feature! We also enjoy how quiet it is, no loud noises and no shaking all around like some other products. the allergy section has been also a life saver with our two dogs, we use the steam probably once a week with his work clothes. We seriously just love everything about it! If you are thinking about getting a new washer and dryer, please consider this one! won’t regret it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washing machine seems to work well and is relatively quiet. That is the reason, obviously, that I bought it. However, the owners’ manual needs to be written by someone who doesn’t already understand the machine before he/she writes it. While the installation instructions can be found in print, it is annoying to have to temporarily download the bulk of the operating instructions via a QR Reader. That is so inconvenient! For a few more dollars, please include these in print. Also, the instructions to connect the appliances to wifi are less than helpful. Please include written instructions pertinent to the model sold and perhaps include a Youtube video. I had to call and speak to 4 people in order to successfully connect. If you don’t offer clear instructions, don’t include wifi options.

I bought the front loader washer in June, by July I have a leak, seen to be coming from the bottom. It is very bad most of the time. I am My floor is going to rot and the washer is going to fall thru the floor. Thr dryer is performing very goog.

At first all the options seems a little intimidating but after reading the manual and spending the time to understand each feature it was very easy. I like the connect via WI-FI as it tells me when the load is completed so I can move it to the dryer quickly without forgetting that I did laundry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago and use it frequently. It is located in an enclosed, large cabinet together with a matching dryer. Both are very quiet. That is important because the family room is connected to the kitchen via a large open space. If the machines were too loud, it would limit when I could run them.

Like a lot of electronic devices, it has many more features than I'll ever use, and it takes a little study to understand what's useful and what's not. (I can't imagine using my phone to control the thing when I have to be physically in front of it, for example.) But the basic operation is evident and easy. The big test: how long will it last without failure? That's my gold standard, and it's way too early to tell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After dumping two washers made by other companies LOVE my LG! The LG has wash cycles to fit every laundry need. It is very quiet with very little vibration even though it is located on a second story floor. I highly recommend!!

The washer works quickly and uses surprisingly little water. The app is great for letting me know my clothes are done if I'm not close enough to hear the chime. It's a lot harder to level than you'd expect, and harder than other washers I've installed, so probably pay someone else to do it.

I washed a few things and the time I realized it, it was already done. Permanent press cycle was done in no time. I wish I had it sooner but now that I have a new machine, doing laundry is a breeze.

If you use the app you can get alert for when it finishes...almost a must a the signal sound is extremely weak and you won't hear it if you not already in front of it.
