[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaced an older LG model that had transmission troubles after 12 years of service with only 1 or 2 service calls. This is a great unit with a lot of useful washing features. However, I couldn’t connect it to my wireless network, as the instructions weren’t great and there were so many requirements regarding such connection. I did not need the network connection and would just as soon have not even had that feature anyway, so not really a problem.

The turbo wash option can add a little volume to the operating noise, but it runs much quieter than other front loader washer brands I’ve used when turbo wash is turned off. I’m completely satisfied with this washer so far.

The different cycle options are great and I even like the high-tech sound it makes; not the old-fashioned sound of water splashing and clothes being spun around. If it lasts as long as I expect it to it would be the best washer I have ever owned!

I've only had the washer a little over a week and have probably already done 20 loads. Interesting, I am informed of the number of loads, the settings I choose, and most of all, time to run the tub clean cycle which I did yesterday. So far I love the machine. I had a 2 year old top loader without an agitator and that was a total nightmare. It was off balance so often, then I decided to junk it and purchased the front load LG. I have had a front loader before and really liked it. I love this one and I love the Wi-fi, the whatever intelligence, and it so far cleans quite well. Check back later, that is the true test.

Read the setup instructions; found out we were the dummies. 2. Lots and lots of setting to explore. I’m looking forward to getting to know it and test out the settings like bedding.

I really like my dryer, this was a splurge for me and I’m so glad I bought it. My clothes come out nice and dry and soft. I also like that I can change settings according to my needs.my dryer is on a pedestal so I do not have to bend over and to get my clothes out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old LG washer finally died after almost 10 years, and this updated model washes load faster and quieter. The crew that showed up for installation were great in handling the washers (both new and old) up and down the stairway, no damage to walls within the house. Overall, I was happy with this washer and the service received.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Way too early to review, but LG wants it - OK. It is very quiet. I like the online notification of when the load is done, because I can't hear any signal. I haven't tried many of the other cycles yet or the steam drying, so no comments yet.

We have owned the LG WM4000HWA washer for about a month now and couldn't be more pleased with its features. It's fairly quiet and the Wifi features add tons of convenience. We also love the higher capacity and stackability. Would highly recommend it!
