The WM4000HBA was very similar in features and capacity. Have had it about 3 weeks and like it. It is quieter than the old model, and provides a lot more feedback as to what it is doing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The turbo is fast and it's quiet. Even like the tinkly sound it makes. But our unit stops and puts up an error message without completing the spin. Very wet clothes left. And I can't figure out how to connect it on the internet.

It not only was an amazing washing machine, we had no maintenance problems the entire time. When we did have an issue we decided after 15 years of doing laundry for a family of 8, it was time for a new washer. The new washer is a bit of a learning curve after having a reliable product for so many years. Been pretty happy with the new washer so far, although, I still miss my old machine. These things take time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it however we can't figure out how not to have everything we put in it steamed. I love the steam for washing the dog's stuff but some stuff doesn't need to be steamed since it causes wrinkling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the LG 4.5 CU. FT. ULTRA LARGE CAPACITY SMART WI-FI ENABLED FRONT LOAD WASHER WITH TURBOWASH 360 AND BUILT-IN INTELLIGENCE almost 2 months ago and my clothes have never been cleaner. I can load it up with clothes and the Turbowash ensures that each piece of laundry comes out washed perfectly. I have tried out the bedding setting with multiple dog beds and it works great. The only problem I have had was when I mixed sheets with a heavy blanket. The water logged blanket would unbalance the washer. Spinning the blanket separately solved the problem though. All in all the is a great washer. I will be trying out the other settings as the year goes on.

I’ve had the machine a couple weeks and love it so far. Easy to use. My only complaint is that there must be sensors in it, to tell the machine if clothes are dry or not. That would be great for energy saving, but when trying to dry a thick blanket, it was frustrating. I had to start the drying process at least 5 times, and the machine would stop after 5 minutes. It could be user error, however.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] just upgraded after 13 years to this washer and coukd not be more pleased. almost went with a top loader to avoid smell, but am confident that wiping dry between loads and using the front drai will avoidvthat issue. Very happy with cleaning and efficiency

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my LG washer a little over a month ago, replacing an almost forty year old machine, and I couldn’t be happier. The new machine has so many different cycles that it is hard to say which I like best. Each one is tailored to a particular type of load, and everything comes out beautifully. I like the way the detergent and softener is added, and how the machine handles everything during the cycles. The water usage is almost negligible, compared with the old machine, and the clothes come out much cleaner. Further, the machine spins the load so much faster, extracting more water from the clothes, with the result that drying time is reduced. The machine has a huge drum, so it can hold more clothes per load than before. And the machine will, if you have downloaded the LG app, tell you when the load is finished. (This is particularly helpful, since the machine is very quiet.) Overall, just an outstanding machine, which I am extremely happy with.
