They do a great job on cleaning plus I love the app and the WIFI notifications on when the cycle is done. That is a game changer. No more setting the timer to check to see if the cycle is done yet. I get an instant alert on my phone letting me know when the cycle has completed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer replaces a 12 year old front loader. It is quiet, has a large capacity and its operation is reasonably intuitive. Setting up the web-based features has been daunting -- we haven't succeeded yet. The real world user manual provided with the washer is quite summary. You get a little more detail going to the online version, but fuller descriptions of the various cycles and more detail generally would be nice.

We had to sell our first set because we moved to a new home that had a gas hook-up for the dryer instead of electric. The new set it very quiet. There are so many options on both appliances that ensure that no matter my needs LG has me covered. They are both energy savers. They are very sleek looking. And both handle extra large loads with ease which cuts down on loads. I am able to remotely start both which is convenient. I just can't say enough about my love for my washer and dryer. I felt the same about our old set as well. I will always buy LG.

This machine has all the great features that my last machine had but it’s faster and quieter than my last one. The crew that showed up for installation were great in handling the washers (both new and old) up and down the stairway, no damage to walls within the house. Overall, I was happy with this washer and the service received.

Drum is bigger than the old model but takes up the same amount of floor space. New washer is quieter than the old one. Best feature is the spin cycle. It removes most of the water. Washed items come out feeling damp rather than wet like the old model. Drying time is reduced significantly. We love our new LG Washer.

Sold my first set with my home but loved them so much that even after shopping and comparing I still bought the same washer/dryer just the newer model. I love the features and options for the quality and price. I did not think I would use/like the WIFI capabilities but so very helpful and useful to get notifications on your phone!

Just got this one to replace my last 4.0 cu. ft. machine. It’s doing an excellent job getting my clothes cleaned while being a major upgrade in looks. So many great settings and options for quick wash cycles, various cycles to treat my clothes, towels, and bedding properly. The super fast spin does a great job of cutting down on dry time. Various heat and sanitizing options with steam are a huge plus for keeping bedding fresh. I also love the new steel color. I’ve trusted LG for years, and when my motor finally gave out after almost ten years for the last machine, LG set me up with a discount for this new machine in lieu of a repair. So happy with it.

Had this machine for over a month now and still can’t figure out what it’s doing. It just does it’s own thing completely (AI) and I don’t care for it. I thought it would be a good fit for my family with the reviews I read, but it’s way too sensitive. I should have went with a simpler machine. I miss my old LG, it had a water plus feature that I used regularly and it made a huge difference in how clean my clothes came out. I have washed the same clothes and have used the same detergents in this new machine as my old one and my clothes don’t come out nearly as clean as they used to. Another issue is, you only have a small window of time to pause it and add items otherwise you are locked out. Better make sure all the clothes pockets are empty and you don’t have anything of importance in said clothes by accident, because you will not be able to retrieve it once it’s locked. There are a number of things about this machine that I don’t like, but basically I feel I have no operating authority over this machine and now I have to try and make the best of it. 🤷‍♀️

Great cleaning ablity with use of less soap, bleach and softener. I purchased this washer as it was the best available of the stock on hand at my dealer. Only problem is the operation of the machine requires some one who is extremely versed in operating a computer. It should be pointed out that I am 81 and my Grandson would love the operational aspect of this machine only problem he is 2300 miles away and can not give any assistance.
