I really like the communication feature between the washer and dryer, automatically selecting the cycle for the dryer based on the wash cycle. Everything was very easy to use and load after load no issues to report. So far so good. Great washer

I love my new LG washing machine. My old LG of 14 years died, and with my new machine, I can tell washing machines have come a long way! My clothes are so much cleaner, and the sensors can tell what kind of load is in, and adjust the the time. My whites are bright white now! It's quiet, and I'm so in love!

After a lot of research on a number of different models and manufactures we decided to pick between the LG and the GE models. After reading a number of reviews we decided out our LG units. I love all of the features and still have a few more to test but so far we are happy. The soap dispense option on the GE was a major draw to that unit. LG should offer the Pod or full bottle option to their units. We are very happy with our purchase so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new LG front load washer is sort of like a dream come true. We chose LG by reputation and have not been disappointed in any way. I was at first confused by the intel aspect but a short call to LG and everything was clarified. The multiple settings have made washing a variety of items from workout gear to bedding to quilts exceptionally easy and the level of clean unsurpassed compared to our older machine. We are using far less detergent and less water which is an added plus. LG manuals were easy to understand and answered what few questions we had.

After review, the washer had all the options we wanted and our visit to the store made the purchase easy. After a few weeks we could not be more pleased with our purchase. Wife believes it is easier on our clothes and cleans better than our old washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an awesome washing machine. We do a lot of laundry because of the kids and this machine has been a workhorse. We have used all of the functions, including the steam function which get any trace of the mildewy smell out of towels or clothes that have been left damp for a while. It runs quietly has not 'danced' across our uneven basement floor at all.

Within the month of owning this unit we have done multiple loads of laundry with no faults at all! The machine is whisper quiet, respectfully, and it very user friendly!! Along with ease of use, the LG app and the ThinQ technology allows us to be away from the unit and home and monitor the status of each load! I highly recommend this unit and it’s sister dryer unit!

This machine has all the great features that my last machine had but it’s faster and quieter than my last one. I’m so happy with this purchase and I know that it will keep my clothes looking and smelling great for years to come!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago. It is easy to use and appears to do a better job of cleaning than my old top loader. And, the spin cycle does a better job of wringing out the clothes and towels which reduces drying time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The trusty top loader gave it all - but beyond repair and had to go. I did some research, the 4000HWA rated highly and had both energy and water saving features along with steam and sanitation, things that are helpful with a dog. We noticed an immediate difference in our clothing. Softer, and brighter. Reduced detergent use too! And it can be linked up with the LQ on line app to perform even more miracles. Would definitely recommend the washer as "Life's Better" :)
