[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used to replace a very similar 15-year-old LG washer. My old LG washer needed to be replaced. The WM4000HBA was very similar in features and capacity. Have had it about 3 weeks and like it. It is quieter than the old model, and provides a lot more feedback as to what it is doing.

I purchased this new washer unit about a month ago, since my previous washer was old and showing signs of age-related wear and tear. Research collectively suggested this was among the highest rated products for the value. Unit runs very quiet (glad we have it connected to Wi-Fi), is rather easy to use, and has performed flawlessly across the spectrum of laundry needs. Extremely pleased; I expect decades of service.

I really like my dryer, this was a splurge for me and I’m so glad I bought it. My clothes come out nice and dry and soft. I also like that I can change settings according to my needs.my dryer is on a pedestal so I do not have to bend over and to get my clothes out.

After researching on Consumer Reports I decided on this model with guidance from my local Mom and Pop Brick and Mortar. I had no experience with a front loader and the latest technology. After figuring out how to put the detergent in the learning curve was easy and I'm so glad I picked this washer.

The seal part is back ordered and no one knows when it will be available, rendering my brand new washer unusable for an undetermined amount of time. Very frustrating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this unit for a little bit over 2 months. It's great user friendly stays clean with no build up of soap or water . It took a few minutes to link up with WiFi to phone but I got it after a while . Overall excellent wash. I have the dryer too cause I got both at the same time . Will recommend to any one. Comeing from a long time L.g owner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Terrible experience with the delivery and install. Took four trips and three appointments to get it set up. Every install crew had new requirements. In the end I paid for the install myself and had 3 days of lost income because I had to take off at work. Customer support was a night mare because I had LG, delivery company and installers alll finger point at each other. So I ended up being given the run around with multiple 1800 numbers worth endless phone tree. Product is nice and well priced but it’s more of a liability than an asset to get this installed. Frustrating !

We have had other brands and this does a great job. We are very satisfied and look forward to many years of use with this. It is an added feature that we have this "smart" washer and dryer paired with our LG TV's and are alerted when the wash is completed, while we are watching a program!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read reviews and chose LQ for our next washer. The last one was a problem from the point the manufacturer warranty expired. The LQ washer has very good features, has a clean modern design and fit perfect within our laundry alcove. Best part is the connectivity with our smartphones so that we know when the wash is complete. It is quiet and you can hear it only barely as it cycles through the was. Our clothes come out clean and fresh and nearly dry after spin. THis is a highly recommended product and I am glad we made the choice.

The washer has all the features you could ask for, including a cool look. I love have the sensing features, to make sure I'm getting the best out of my washes.
