[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this washer because of the great reviews, and it has certainly lived up to them. Very happy with it. The only thing I would got it on would be the lack of a drum light. My last washer had a drum light and it made it easier to find that one sock or washcloth that was stuck to the inside. Other than the washer, the app that goes with the Wi-Fi connectivity is a bit of a hassle to use. I tried to connect my wife’s app to mine and it just didn’t work and you can do it manually with your account number but I can’t find that anywhere. I hope they fix the app .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old LG washer started to have problems with load sensing, so we opted to get a new washer rather than repairing the old one. We bought the turbo 360 and thoroughly love it. It washes faster than the old one, but what we love the best is the spin cycle. The old unit would sometimes have trouble getting the load right to spin, but this new one has no issue. It starts slowly and just progressively increases speed so there is no shaking or jumping around, especially with bulky loads like towels or bedding. Especially like the door jets that circulate the wash and rinse water into the center of the load to make the tumbling more efficient.

My washer is in the basement so getting a notification that a load is done saves me so much time and also saves me money and energy as I'm not rewashing all the time! All my clothes, including cloth diapers, come out so clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded from a 15-year-old frontload washer and dryer. They’ve really advanced since then. A special unknown feature is that the door can almost fully without locking. That helps air out and stay clean which was always one of the problems. So the door looks closed but it isn’t and doesn’t get in the way of anybody. It also has a turbo wash which is default. I can get a regular load done in 35 minutes. That’s amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] after almost every load there is water and suds left in machine...unless i hit rinse and spin at the end of cycle i am stuck with very wet clothes i use the high spin cycle to use normal cycle forget it never ever had this problem with any other machine

My jaw dropped when my pants came out looking like they had been ironed! No wrinkles!! Most surprising is the small amount of detergent !!! I'm thtilled aboit this purchase and highly recommend it!

The machine washes really well. What i.dont like is that you can't create and save your own wash cycles on the machine nor theu the thinq app. The notification feature when a load is done is much appreciated. This purchase replaced a 13-14 year old LG washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is so nice having a dryer with so many different settings. Saves me on my electric bill as this dryer is so much more efficient than my old dryer. Does not hurt that the washer and dryer look so nice also. Beautiful and so efficient too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 1st front-load. Oh how I miss the worry-free ease of my old pair. With time I hope to appreciate the water savings and supposed improved cleaning ability of the LG. But right out of the gate I was plagued with small holes in t-shirts as a result of washing them with a zippered shirt. Delicate cycle, with zipper closed and garment inside out still yielded a pin hole here and there. Now I hand-wash a few zippered shirts to avoid this issue. So much for front-loads being gentler as compared to my old agitator style unit. I try to use the normal cycle whenever possible. The other cycles take twice as long. I’m not convinced using the bedding or towel cycle for instance yields better results. I was also excited to have the notifications on my phone when the washer/dryer were complete. That luxury was short lived. While my router is but a stones through from my laundry room, I’ve wasted countless hours trying to reconnect them to wi-fi. A quick Google search reveals I am a part of a large community of consumers with this same issue spanning over several years. When success was once again near, I find in the multitude of attempts to reestablish connectivity I’ve managed to create duplicate profiles. Now I cannot have access to my dryer until it is removed from the “other” profile. I’ve not a clue how to resolve this issue. I figured out that I did indeed use two different emails because email confirmations from LG are in my Inbox. Yet when I try to login to delete one of the profiles, LG website states neither user exists. More fun awaits if I want to continue to attempt to use this coveted yet elusive feature. Signed still staring at my iPhone while dressed in my t-shirt with a hole.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the machine and the features! I hooked up the notifications to my phone and it is wonderful. The only problem I had was they were unable to hook up the machine because my valves were bad and I have to replace them. Other than that it's great. I haven't had them to long, but so far so good
