Bought washer in July and working great but I had to wait a week to use it until I was able to get someone here to level it. Was unable to do it myself. Miss having a booklet just in case I do have a problem. Love having a larger tub so I can wash my blankets and quilts. Took me a bit to feel secure about the control panel.

It took a few minutes to link up with WiFi to phone but I got it after a while . Overall excellent wash. I have the dryer too cause I got both at the same time . Will recommend to any one. Comeing from a long time L.g owner.

The only hang up is in our laundry room, it would have worked better for the washer to be on the left and dryer on right due to door swing issues. We can change the dryer door which helped some

Had an issue with the detergent drawer quickly after (don't open the drawer with the main door open as it can break). LG sent a replacement drawer within a couple of days of my service request. Been very pleased with the washer features and performance.

I have been using my new washer for over a month and can’t describe how I love it. Best washer I have ever had. The large stainless steel drum is amazing. Short cycles, extreme cleaning capabilities and so quiet even with the spin cycle. Couldn’t be more pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this washer/ dryer set to replace a like LG pair that we had for many years. This model washer is similar to the old but has new upgraded features that we really like. We like that it checks the load and determines the wash cycle timing based off that. It uses even less detergent than the old model. It is very efficient and it is quiet and quite vibration free.

Several loads into our new LG washing maching we could't be happier. It is simple to use and is also very sufisticated. The closes come out clean, smelling fresh and ready for the dryer. It's a nice experience to has a product that does what LG said it would do.
