We have had other brands and this does a great job. We are very satisfied and look forward to many years of use with this. It is an added feature that we have this "smart" washer and dryer paired with our LG TV's and are alerted when the wash is completed, while we are watching a program!

We recently moved to a new house and bought this as an upgrade from our old set. We had the older model of this same line and loved them so we just bought the new version. Very easy to use, does a great job with cleaning, plenty of features without being too much. Definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this LG machine 3 months ago. I was excited to get this washing machine but when I did I was not happy with how much noise it makes. If the could change it I would. I would even take a lose.

We bought this washer one month ago and realized the softener dispenser was not working. LG responded to our concerns by checking the unit over the phone with the help of a representative. A technician followed up with a visit a few days later and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. The technician showed us a couple of wrong internal connections that caused the malfunction. Understandably, we were very frustrated as we had to put our time into solving a problem with a brand-new product that should've gone through rigorous quality controls. LG needs to pay attention to this. In the end, the warranty coverage worked. I will think twice in the future to buy an LG appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love, love, love this washer. It's an upgrade from my previous washer by a mile. I love the fact that because it's Wi-fi connected I get a notification on my smart watch to let me know when a cycle has finished. Living on a ranch I might be anywhere but not in the house. And I have so many cycles to choose from. My clothes have never looked so good. Especially happy about the extra large tub as I can wash my King sized comforter and I can also wash my weighted blanket in it. I couldn't do that in my old washer. It's a wonderful product and I recommend it to friends all the time.

This is my second LG washer and I love this new one. The features are endless and spins the cloths nearly dry. I plan on repairing the old one as I loved that one also. Due to a surgery, I was unable to repair it in a timely fashion, so I bought a new one. Some aspects of the repair I was not physically not able to accomplish.

Cleans well and has plenty of options for choosing load requirements; water temperature, spin, Rinse and Spin, Turbo Wash, etc. We have not used the Smart Features yet. The Turbo Wash is nice as it cuts down washing time but the clothes still come out clean and are not wrapped and tangled together like a top loading machine. We had to special order this machine and during the time we waited for it to come in, we had to use the local Laundry Mat. We brought the wet clothes/towels home and used our LG dryer to dry them. The lint from the clothes and towels by using this machine (or our previous Samsung front loader that served us well for 11 years) has been easily less then 20X the amount of lint on the lint screen, as compared to what we saw on our dryer lint screen after having used the top loader at the Laundry Mat and then drying those clothes and towels in our home dryer. (Note: The Laundry Mat top loader had been rated the highest as one if the highest for top loaders by Consumer Reports.) Front loaders are so GENTLE on the clothes! I have also washed bulkier items on the bedding cycle and they come out clean and the machine has not jumped around on the floor during the Spin cycle. Do not use too much detergent, especially with bulkier items, or else you will be using the Rinse and Spin Cycle to get the soap residue out of the items and also from inside the door! No complaints so far on this beautiful machine!

I also never thought I would need an app for my washer and dryer but it is quite a great feature for those who quickly forget they are doing laundry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first front load washer and I love it. There are a ton of settings and I find myself using quite a few of them. Love the steam for cleaning towels. The best part is the capacity - I can fit SO MUCH! Love that I can wash my comforter at home, no more trips to the laundromat! The app is a nice bonus, though a little clunky.
