We bought this washer one month ago and realized the softener dispenser was not working. LG responded to our concerns by checking the unit over the phone with the help of a representative. A technician followed up with a visit a few days later and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. The technician showed us a couple of wrong internal connections that caused the malfunction. Understandably, we were very frustrated as we had to put our time into solving a problem with a brand-new product that should've gone through rigorous quality controls. LG needs to pay attention to this. In the end, the warranty coverage worked. I will think twice in the future to buy an LG appliance.

I’ve had this washer for a few weeks after years of a competitors front loader. This one is much quieter and has lots of cycle options. There one also has zero water sounds if you rotate the drum after it runs, so I know the water is draining better than the old front loaders. The wifi notifications to my phone when a load finishes and the ability to check how much time is left is extremely convenient!

I bought this washer just over a month ago after doing much research and asking people I know that have LG washers. Not this model, but LG just the same. It has been a treat to use! Its such fun doing laundry now, that I walk around the house thinking," what can I wash today!!!I" HAHA!! I wanted a washer large enough for blankets and comforters. I have used it for blankets and have been very happy with it. I have 2 large dogs and 2 cats, so it was important that the washer could handle extra hair. When I took one of the dog blankets out of the washer, there were several little hair " buttons" that made it very easy to dispose of before putting the blanket in the dryer. I did purchase the matching dryer and had them stacked in my utility room. Very nice even if I need to stand on a small stool to reach the controls. I am not complaining at all, its just a fact. Highly recommend!!!

This new unit has about 30% better capacity than the old unit for about the same footprint. With the old unit, washing a queen comforter was out of the question but could be easily accomplished in this unit. This new unit is quiet, has a steam feature and the connectivity to the app, while not essential, is useful. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the ThinQ matching washer and dryer. Both work extremely well. I love the connection between the two, such as whatever Yule I used for the washer, the dryer will automatically select the matching cycle when turned on.

I purchased this washer a month ago and I have been so happy with it. I love the Turbo Wash feature and the steam. After the spin cycle is finished it does not take long to dry the clothes especially with the companion dryer. So glad we spent a little more even though I resisted it at first. The capacity of the drum is awesome and I can do my laundry in less loads. I do not know yet how to use the Wi-Fi option but I will learn soon. My only complaint is I did not receive a manual with my washer but I did on my dryer. I will be contacting LG to obtain one as the store I purchased it from was not helpful.

It has great features including allergiene and sanitary which we absolutely love! The captivity is fantastic! It fits huge loads including bedding which actually has its own setting. Everything comes out so clean!

Research collectively suggested this was among the highest rated products for the value. Unit runs very quiet (glad we have it connected to Wi-Fi), is rather easy to use, and has performed flawlessly across the spectrum of laundry needs. Extremely pleased; I expect decades of service.

It is super quiet, highly efficient, and I love all of the washing options that it offers depending on the type of items I'm laundering. My clothes, etc., are clean and I don't feel that any materials are in danger of being damaged. Very pleased and would highly recommend.
