It is easy to use, quiet, washes beautifully and rather quickly, too. I find I use the normal wash cycle most often and a large load can be done in less than 1/2 hour. We also bought the matching dryer which I love just as much! Excellent purchases!

I have been using this for about 3 weeks now, clothes are clean, the spin cycle takes almost all the water out (which saves on dry times), and the notification features are so nice letting me know when the cycle is done! I bought the matching dryer as well, so having a brand new set, that works efficiently is something I haven't had in years! I am looking forward to years of great service!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this in late January. We had to get this model because the one we wanted wouldn’t be available for a month. It is hard to get used to using hardly any water and detergent. I use turbowash and extra rinse every time. Having to dry the gasket on the door to keep it from smelling bad is hard to do since I have arthritis.

We bought this washer to replace our old one that broke and so far, we are pretty happy with it. It is large, quiet, and has many different programs such as towels and bedding that hopefully wash the clothes better and maintain the machine working for longer too. I still have to try the remote start which is interesting feature!

I’ve had this washer for a few weeks after years of a competitors front loader. This one is much quieter and has lots of cycle options. There one also has zero water sounds if you rotate the drum after it runs, so I know the water is draining better than the old front loaders. The wifi notifications to my phone when a load finishes and the ability to check how much time is left is extremely convenient!

We had a top loader for 30 years; but the LG unit uses much less water and adapts to the the loads for better performance. Having the steam clean and variable delicate features is a bonus if you want to sanitize.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 10 year old GE Profile washer and dryer set with the LG turbo wash 360 steam washer and dryer and holy moly- what an upgrade!! My clothes are coming our incredibly clean and dewrinkled - I wish we would have gotten them years ago! We did our research on consumer reports and LG outshined GE and Samsung ! So glad we went with this washer and dryer set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] looked for reviews online, got a good price. easy to use. only negative, the instruction manual is not detailed enough, the downloaded version is soooo long and hard to read for older customers. I just need 'what does this setting do" type stuff. The one page instructions are too basic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, this washer has been amazing! I had done a lot of research and LG was highly rated and recommended and thus far, I can see why! I can't get it connected to wifi but that is most likely a router problem and not a washer problem.
