[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this unit for a little bit over 2 months. It's great user friendly stays clean with no build up of soap or water . It took a few minutes to link up with WiFi to phone but I got it after a while . Overall excellent wash. I have the dryer too cause I got both at the same time . Will recommend to any one. Comeing from a long time L.g owner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this just over two months ago and it's been a good washing machine with one caveat...it almost presses wrinkles into what is being washed. Pros: The wifi/app is nice. I appreciate the notification when loads are done rather than remembering to set a timer elsewhere or listening for the tone It absolutely gets things cleaner than even the last LG washer we had (for 12 years!) It's generally pretty quiet It's larger than the last one and handled a King comforter without issue. Cons: We have noticed that we have to use the absolute lowest spin cycle or even a hand steamer can't always get the wrinkles out. I have to trust that the steam function works because it's not obvious when it's happening. Setting up the wifi took 4 attempts which I think is excessive. I'm a network nerd and it isn't obvious which MAC address is the washer and which is the dryer for me to set a static IP address (this is a personal issue that I just have to deal with, most people won't care). Overall it's a good machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We originally bought a GE washer and Dryer form Home Depot. The first washer vibrated so bad the it was unusable. Home Depot had a new washer installed to replace the first one. The second one vibrated even worse than the first. GE and Home Depot gave us credit so we could purchase a new LG set. My wife is very pleased with the new washer and dryer and does not vibrate. Should have bought LG in the first place and would have saved a lot of frustration and inconvenience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the ThinQ matching washer and dryer. Both work extremely well. I love the connection between the two, such as whatever Yule I used for the washer, the dryer will automatically select the matching cycle when turned on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Owned this washer a few weeks and doing laundry is no longer a chore! A load of clothes takes less than 30 minutes. Never any white detergent streaks on clothes and very energy and detergent efficient! Huge capacity for bigger loads and a great sensing feature which adjusts the washing time depending on the size of your load! Easy to operate and lots of cycle options. My laundry room is almost attached to my bedroom and I don’t hear it when in use! Super quiet!! Laundry has actually become enjoyable!!

Installation of vent through the floor could be made easier if a template were provided to position where the hole should be cut through the floor to line up with machine through the floor vent kit. There should be a way to clean the lint piping internal to the dryer from the front. Just cleaning the lint screen isn’t enough over time. One should not have to pull the dryer away from the wall to clean the internal vent piping.

I have had this for almost a month and am glad I finally purchased a front loading washer. LG has made one with all the features I wanted. So far so good. One of the reasons I wanted to switch from my top loader is that loads would become unbalanced and would stop and need manual load redistribution. I would go to the laundry room thinking my load would be done but it would have stopped with that problem. Not so with this one!

I LOVE IT! i REPLACED AND OLDER LG FROUNT LOADER, WHICH MY FRIEND TOOK AND LOVES IT. i HAD A LITTLE ISSUE WITH THE TOP AND THE SERVICE PEOPLE TOOK CARE OF IT. ONLY WISH WOULD BE THE TOUCH SCREEN EASIER TO READ WITHOUT HAVING TO TURN ON THE ROOM LIGHT.
