It cleans clothes in far less time than my old washer and the clothes are practically dry when I remove them from the washer. I love the digital panel and all the features. I also like how the washer communicates with the app on my phone and lets me know how much time is left in the cycle and when the load is done.

A washer and dryer I think officially marks that point of adulthood where you’re not linger a young adult and now you’re officially a full blow adult. Well, we don’t regret purchasing these!! Everywhere we lived before had washers and dryers provided until we made this last move and we’re surprised to find we’d have to either rent a washer and dryer or purchase out one. Well we decided it was time to make our first large appliance purchase! We’re a military family meaning we move every few years and wanted to ensure we got a product that would get the job done and make some moves with us. So, we looked into a lot of “smart” washers and this seemed to be the best! It works amazingly!!! Having four kids, two cats, and a dog means lots of messes and LOTS of dirty clothes and this always gets the job done. Not to mentions it gets it done a lot quicker than any past washer or dryer we’ve had! It’s so great our friends actually bought the same set in a different color! We plan on using LG products for future home items!

It's very simple to use and I love having all my LG appliances synced with the app for timely notifications (cycle complete, etc.).

The machine is so quiet compared to my 12 year old LG Tromm which finally met its end. I like the fact it does not jump around and vibrate like the previous washer. The installers did a great job assembling with pedestal. I look forward to washing and hope this product last a long time like my older model. Also, it has enough wash cycle preferences and clothes smell clean. The turbo wash is a good feature as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used washer for first time and noticed a few issues. When spin cycle starts the unit is shaking and thumping making noises. Seems like the load is unbalanced but the load is very light - only three tee shirts. Need to contact service department.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first front loading washing machine and so far I am loving it. It holds plenty of clothes and gets them all clean with no issues. The smart technology that's built into the machine does a great job of helping you make the best choices for washing, and gives you lots of great tips via the compatible app. It also is very quiet for a washing machine, much quieter than our old one that made you turn up the tv volume to drown it out. I like having the ability to make choices that are specific to what I'm washing with the different options on what you're washing and how you want to wash it. The overall look of the machine is also very nice looking and pairs well with the dryer that matches. Really makes your laundry room look fancy!

Clothes come out very clean. WiFi connectivity is not necessary, but it convenient as it notifies us when the load is complete. Very happy with this purchase.

After reading the reviews and reliability of the LG products my wife and I are happy to own this washer. The speed of a normal wash cycle and capacity of the washer are excellent. Cant wait for the Dryer to die so we can upgrade the the compatible LG model.
