A little over a week ago, our LG washer was delivered. I am amazed at the results. We washed an old comforter from our bed. It took our spots that had been there for years. We are using the same detergent as we used with the old washer, be very different results. Cleaner / brighter clothes and bedding. WOW

The washer has all the features you could ask for, including a cool look. I love have the sensing features, to make sure I'm getting the best out of my washes.

I bought this washer 3 weeks ago, and I am very happy with it. My old Samsung washer was broken, and this new one matches with my dryer exactly, and it works great so far. One area to be improved is the user manual, not super clear how all functions are operated.

I got this washer as a replacement for my old broken one and it is refreshing. When it spins the close on turbo spin, it does not turn out too wet. Moreover, I enjoy the wifi connectivity, because I do not have to keep going downstairs to check on how much time is left for each cycle.

We have had this washer for several months and really are impressed with all of the features. The extra large capacity makes washing bath towels and bed spreads a snap. We would highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my fiancé and I decided to buy our lg thin Q about two months ago and it is seriously the best thing we’ve ever done. we live in a small apartment and was worried about finding a washer and dryer that fit, but the thin Q is perfect! love the ability to be able to stack or have side by side if we move. it’s so easy to use even with all its amazing features, use the app to change your ‘downloaded’ section to whatever you want! we are expecting in august so this is the perfect time to get everything ready and we love the ‘baby clothes’ feature! We also enjoy how quiet it is, no loud noises and no shaking all around like some other products. the allergy section has been also a life saver with our two dogs, we use the steam probably once a week with his work clothes. We seriously just love everything about it! If you are thinking about getting a new washer and dryer, please consider this one! won’t regret it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Terrible experience with the delivery and install. Took four trips and three appointments to get it set up. Every install crew had new requirements. In the end I paid for the install myself and had 3 days of lost income because I had to take off at work. Customer support was a night mare because I had LG, delivery company and installers alll finger point at each other. So I ended up being given the run around with multiple 1800 numbers worth endless phone tree. Product is nice and well priced but it’s more of a liability than an asset to get this installed. Frustrating !

We downloaded the user's manual from the WEB site which help us both appreciate and utilize the features of the product. Tru-Balance and anti-vibration keep the unit both quiet and stable, even on the pedestal. WIFI seems unnecessary and we're not sure we'll use it much. Overall, we are very satisfied with the purchase.

I also bought the pedestal to raise the washer for easier use. All are perfect and I have a place to store my supplies.
