[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a technically advanced machine, the touchpad is very easy to understand and use. You almost do not need the instructions. I would not recommend that though, for safety's sake. The washer is so quiet even in the spin cycle.

I bought the washer a month ago. I do laundry all the time, at least one load per day… and every time, the clothes come out beautifully clean, even the kids’ clothes. I love that you can download your own cycle to fit your laundry needs. The machine is quiet. Cute little chime to notify you the wash is done.

My old washer had finally died and I took my time to find the best fit for me. I love how easy this is to use, my clothes are clean and this washer works great. I also bought the pedestal to raise the washer for easier use. All are perfect and I have a place to store my supplies.

I am thrilled and overwhelmed with this washer, although I have not used all the functions, they are just waiting for me to try them. So far, I love this washer. The extra clean function gets out stains and the extra rinse function is great as I am sensitive to soapy film left by my old washer. I would but this product again.

Once it was in a warm space for two hours it worked perfect. I'm guessing maybe it was loaded on the truck the night before and froze overnight. It washes super fast, and does a great job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous washer and dryer “GE” was on its last legs after just 10 years. This model is a whole new ballgame, feature rich, easy to use, well built, and you can see the change in the water bill from top loader to front loader.

I bought this washer 3 weeks ago, and I am very happy with it. My old Samsung washer was broken, and this new one matches with my dryer exactly, and it works great so far. One area to be improved is the user manual, not super clear how all functions are operated.

I bought this washer to replace a 13-year-old LG washer that was still working fine but did smell a bit. The new washer does a better job cleaning clothes than the older one, it also takes less time too. It took very little time to set up my tablet and phone to connect with the washer. It has many wash options and rinse options. If it lasts like the other washer, I will be more than happy with my choice.

I have used the washer for a few weeks. So far it has exceeded my expectations. Programing the WiFI function was a little challenging. Only disappointment is the pedestal with drawer needs to be 15 inch high like my old washer, not13 inch. As I can no longer stand bottles in the drawer the exceed 10 1/4 inch in height.

I love that the time of the wash cycles are cut in half (35 minutes vs 105 minutes on old front loader) and still get the laundry nice & clean. Mostly I use the cycles on the washer but like to add extra rinse for all my loads. So far, I'm very happy with my new washer and it's so much quieter than my old one.
