I have had this machine for almost a year. Does a good job. However, there are two issues. One, for Normal wash the cycle time comes up as 29 minutes. LG documents state it should be 45-49 minutes. The total cycle time changes to 45 minutes if I adjust the cycle speed to highest. Service person stated that the 29 min. "is in the computer" and he can do nothing about it. Two, at the finish of the wash all the clothes are piled up in the rear half of the drum. Having that distribution during spin decreases the machine's ability to extract water. Again, service person stated that is the way the machine is designed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine replaced a 13 year old LG TROMM washer that was horribly loud and shook the house during its spin cycle. This machine does not make a lot of noise, even during spin cycles, large load or small. Haven't had it long but I am so far pleased with the machine's performance. The Wifi stuff is a bit flakey, but that's not required to use the machine.

Does and excellent job cleaning clothes. my only negative is we purchased a pair and the dryer has a led drum light and the washer does not. seems odd when they are a pair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We originally bought a GE washer and Dryer form Home Depot. The first washer vibrated so bad the it was unusable. Home Depot had a new washer installed to replace the first one. The second one vibrated even worse than the first. GE and Home Depot gave us credit so we could purchase a new LG set. My wife is very pleased with the new washer and dryer and does not vibrate. Should have bought LG in the first place and would have saved a lot of frustration and inconvenience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my LG washer a little over a month ago, replacing an almost forty year old machine, and I couldn’t be happier. The new machine has so many different cycles that it is hard to say which I like best. Each one is tailored to a particular type of load, and everything comes out beautifully. I like the way the detergent and softener is added, and how the machine handles everything during the cycles. The water usage is almost negligible, compared with the old machine, and the clothes come out much cleaner. Further, the machine spins the load so much faster, extracting more water from the clothes, with the result that drying time is reduced. The machine has a huge drum, so it can hold more clothes per load than before. And the machine will, if you have downloaded the LG app, tell you when the load is finished. (This is particularly helpful, since the machine is very quiet.) Overall, just an outstanding machine, which I am extremely happy with.

The Turbo Wash feature is great! It cleans the clothes well in half the time compared to our previous Kenmore front loader. It's quiet, doesn't shake, so no vibration noise, load capacity very well suited for our family of three. There's many features we have yet to try (bells and whistles) like the Wi-Fi connection and steam setting. Definitely recommend.

I have had this washing machine for about three weeks. One may say, how do you know in just three weeks? Well with 5 kids in the house, sports, dancing club, this washing machine makes laundry a breeze. It washes the clothes clean and spins them so dry , that it cuts down trying time as well. Laundry use to be a weekend chore. Now it is a couple of hours. Love it!!

Very easy to use. if you purchase this model it would be a good practice to wipe the door rubber ring dry at the end of that day washing so you done have a odor problem.

Just had this delivered today, and it's almost exactly what we were replacing (after having the last one for many years), but it must be noted, and this might not seem like a big deal, but trust me, it is....THERE'S NO DRUM LIGHT IN THIS MODEL! I'm shocked, and feel so let down that there's no mention of a drum light (or lack thereof) on the listing. It's pitch black inside the drum and my laundry room is poorly lit, so I depend on the drum light to see whether I've gotten all the clothes out of the drum when the load is finished. Very disappointed that they removed this feature.
