They were great!! These are just as nice with a few new features. I like the durability of the LG appliances.

This machine has all the great features that my last machine had but it’s faster and quieter than my last one. I’m so happy with this purchase and I know that it will keep my clothes looking and smelling great for years to come!

Great cleaning ablity with use of less soap, bleach and softener. I purchased this washer as it was the best available of the stock on hand at my dealer. Only problem is the operation of the machine requires some one who is extremely versed in operating a computer. It should be pointed out that I am 81 and my Grandson would love the operational aspect of this machine only problem he is 2300 miles away and can not give any assistance.

I love the color, the control panel, the height, and the storage underneath. I know there are features I won't ever use, like "Bright Whites" and "Delay Wash" but I do like that there's the "Tub Clean" feature, which is running now. The tub is huge, so it easily accommodates loads, which I'm sure is extremely helpful for large families, there's just 2 of us and 2 dogs. But, I must say, I can clean the dog's bedding, towels, etc. in fewer loads then I used to have to run. I'm also very pleased with how much water is removed during the spin cycle, such a complete difference from my old machine. It makes a huge difference when trying to dry towels. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I have not had it long but it is a nice washer. More quiet and smaller footprint than my Maytag. Lots of options and the WiFi capability is something that I did not think I needed. It turns out it’s a great thing. Helps you remember that it’s done so clothes done. Also, the magnetic door is huge. It reduces the chance of smells and allows the rubber and washer to dry.

Had an issue with the detergent drawer quickly after (don't open the drawer with the main door open as it can break). LG sent a replacement drawer within a couple of days of my service request. Been very pleased with the washer features and performance.

My new front-loading washing machine is wonderful. I previously had a top loader and I thought I would not like this kind, but I was wrong. Getting laundry in and out is a breeze. More importantly, the machine works great, is almost entirely silent, and it looks pretty great, too.

LG is my favorite choice because of the beauty and the reliability it will bring to our home. This newly designed Black Stainless are very easy to maintain and hides most of the finger prints.
