[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a new LG washer and dryer in Sept. My 12 years old front loading washer and dryer were almost 13 years old. I couldn't believe the difference with the new machines. It use to take me pretty much all day to do 4 to five loads of laundry. Now I can use a speed clean about 20 min for smaller loads. There are different dials for what you are washing besides normal Eg, heavy loads, towels. bedding, sanitizing, etc. My time doing laundry is cut in half. Really like these machines. THANKS LG!

Because the new generation of washers are taller than older models, we had to alter the cabinet where the new one is placed. The door does not latch well, and we are still waiting for a repair person. Having said that, the machine functions well; quiet and efficient. It does well with small or large loads.

The light from the cycle knob is hard to read, would be nice, if the cycle name would lit up itself. Otherwise a great washing machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the only thing i do not like is the panel is hard to read. would be nice if it would light up. not sure how useful being on bluetooth is very helpful, you still have to put soap and clothes in first. why not just start it at that time....ummm?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine works reliably and gets the clothes clean. What more can you want? Like a lot of electronic devices, it has many more features than I'll ever use, and it takes a little study to understand what's useful and what's not. (I can't imagine using my phone to control the thing when I have to be physically in front of it, for example.) But the basic operation is evident and easy. The big test: how long will it last without failure? That's my gold standard, and it's way too early to tell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer works great… does everything you need and more. My only issue is the wifi does not 5Ghz routers. If you have a multiband (2.4ghz and 5Ghz) router, you have to trick the washer into connecting by leveraging another device.

Having said that, I like the look and the features of the washer and dryer and hope that we are home free in the future.

We purchased these a month ago to replace an aging LG set of the same style. The others were fantastic but after 17 years, they needed an upgrade. These are the same basic models and were a perfect replacement set. Glad we got these when we did before the government outlaws them.

A washer and dryer I think officially marks that point of adulthood where you’re not linger a young adult and now you’re officially a full blow adult. Well, we don’t regret purchasing these!! Everywhere we lived before had washers and dryers provided until we made this last move and we’re surprised to find we’d have to either rent a washer and dryer or purchase out one. Well we decided it was time to make our first large appliance purchase! We’re a military family meaning we move every few years and wanted to ensure we got a product that would get the job done and make some moves with us. So, we looked into a lot of “smart” washers and this seemed to be the best! It works amazingly!!! Having four kids, two cats, and a dog means lots of messes and LOTS of dirty clothes and this always gets the job done. Not to mentions it gets it done a lot quicker than any past washer or dryer we’ve had! It’s so great our friends actually bought the same set in a different color! We plan on using LG products for future home items!
