It is to get started doing a wash. But the number of options allows you to customize your washes to what is being washed. Remote start and finish notification is an excellent feature. But the inability to turn in and start remotely would be useful. For example, my wife puts in a load but waits to see if I have any items to add. If not, one of us still needs to go to the machine t on start it

It has great features including allergiene and sanitary which we absolutely love! The captivity is fantastic! It fits huge loads including bedding which actually has its own setting. I was so excited for a new washer but worried that a new techy machine would be more trouble than it’s worth. So far, I’m loving my washer! Easy to use. I love the app feature to let me know it’s done. The clothes are clean and smell so good. I’m excited that so much can fit inside. Just remember to leave the door open after washing or it smells.

I through my clothes in the dryer and 10 minutes later they are wrinkle free and a little bit warm (which is nice)! Everything else about the dryer is just smooth and I have no complaints. Definitely recommend this dryer.

Can’t say I’ve noticed whether or not clothes come out cleaner than with our old washer but it seems to be doing a good job. The newer features from what the old washer had I’m still learning to use. Especially the steam wash setting. WiFi connectivity has been a great bonus. Tracking use and maintenance reminders have offered a peace of mind. Not that I don’t care well for our new washer and dryer but reminders always help. Im likely not using either the washer or dryer to their full potential but maybe some day.

WiFi was a problem since the washer kept loosing the network while the dryer did not.Finally seems to be working. Very important so I don't have to go down stairs to check until I am notified it is done.
