[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Much improved over my 16 year old LG front load washer. Excellent features, although I wish the wifi features were richer. It would have been nice to be able to start and stop a wash. Maybe its possible from the iPhone, haven't figured it out yet.

I bought this washer 3 weeks ago, and I am very happy with it. My old Samsung washer was broken, and this new one matches with my dryer exactly, and it works great so far. One area to be improved is the user manual, not super clear how all functions are operated.

It has a lot of features to help customize to the load your washing which I like and still learning about. I’m still trying to see if you can add the steam function to any cycle? This is a replacement for a set I had for 24 years and I’m hoping with a little TLC it can give me at least 15 years. Most products now are made with more plastic parts with don’t last as long. As of now very happy buyer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 4 months ago and it has been awesome. My clothes feel cleaner and I can do large amounts of laundry without hesitation. Plus I wanted to wash blankets and comforters and was able to do it without an issue. It has a sanitize mode which I love because I work in hospitals during a pandemic and I like being able to sanitize my work clothes.

The app also lets you download different kinds of wash cycles like "small loads" and "baby clothes." This washing machine truly makes doing laundry more interesting.

It is easy to use and I am impressed at how well the machine spins the water out of the load. I have reduced the dryer time by almost half! We are both very physically active and it is able to clean the smell and stains from our clothes. Overall, a great choice!

Of course I bought another LG set because of their reliability. I sell appliances for a living and this is the brand I tell customer is the best! My wm3600 is quiet and has all the function I need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I knew my washer was dying for a few years, but dealt with it. I’m glad I waited for front loaders to improve, but also sorry I waited so long. My clothes are so clean! Very glad to be rid of the agitator too, no more tangle worries. I love that the app tells me the load is done, this encourages me to take it out right away and reduce the chance of mold. Appreciate the reminder to run a tub clean cycle too. Very, very happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago. It is easy to use and appears to do a better job of cleaning than my old top loader. And, the spin cycle does a better job of wringing out the clothes and towels which reduces drying time.
