I also never thought I would need an app for my washer and dryer but it is quite a great feature for those who quickly forget they are doing laundry.

I have not been disappointed. Runs beautifully, has more cycle options than I need, the steam, turbo and speed wash features are great. Less "run" time than my previous front load. No issues with noise while on spin cycle as some reviewers left comments about.

It was love at first sight, and I liked it so much that I purchased another one for my permanent home. The features are very convenient, giving the user many options when washing and drying. The steam feature. Is a great addition. I would never purchase any other brand but LG.

It is easy to use, quiet, washes beautifully and rather quickly, too. I find I use the normal wash cycle most often and a large load can be done in less than 1/2 hour. We also bought the matching dryer which I love just as much! Excellent purchases!

Our prior LG front-loading washer was a reliable workhorse for over 10 years of family laundry, so when it came time to replace it, we looked again to LG. We found this washer at a good price & liked the features...and especially liked the larger capacity that can handle bedding, coats, etc. Being on septic, we need to conserve water, and this machine wins on that point too. This washer can be controlled through an app, but we just use the machine settings. We've washed everything from fragile delicate garments to a large down-filled parka, and all has come out clean. We're really happy with this washer and would recommend it to anybody who wants large capacity and flexible settings including steam. We plan on it lasting as long as its LG predecessor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this for about 2 month. We are VERY happy and our clothes, towels, sheets etc have never been this clean. Really. We had an expensive Samsung and it didn’t do it for us. We are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced an old LG from 2007 with the new WM4000HWA. With the exception of no light in the drum, I love all the features! I wanted to purchase the dryer as well but so far no luck in getting it ordered.
