The push notifications that the laundry is done are so helpful. I did my research. And knew this was a highly rated product - and I'm glad I purchased it.

Our repair man recommended the LG because he doesn’t get calls to work on them as much as the other brands. The ease of use and diverse wash cycles makes this machine a dream to use. I love how it senses the load and rotates the drum to set the balance. The Lincolnshire Poacher tune at the completion of the load makes me happy to do laundry. Even my husband whistles the tune!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this washer in Dec 2021. The ease of using the different cycles is amazing. We also notice that less water and detergent are needed. Our clothes and bed linens are noticeably cleaner!

Pros: This large capacity machine does a great job cleaning all kinds of clothes, bedding, etc. while efficiently using electricity, water and detergent. Cons: It's very low to the ground. Either buy the expensive optional base, or you'll be kneeling on the floor to get your clothes out of the machine. Also, the machine does not stay connected to Wifi for more than a day or two. I've called LG support a few times and tried every fix I can find on the internet, but the Wifi is still not working properly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a 15 year old LG front loader with this model. This machine finishes each load in half the time I would expect. A real timesaver! It is also conserving water, as evidenced by our recent water bill! The results are really clean clothes with great stain removal! It is user friendly and we have taken advantage of the app and Alexa interface, as well. No running up and downstairs to check on the timing of a load. All in all, we are pleased with each setting and function it affords us, for a great outcome.

I also never thought I would need an app for my washer and dryer but it is quite a great feature for those who quickly forget they are doing laundry.

I have not been disappointed. Runs beautifully, has more cycle options than I need, the steam, turbo and speed wash features are great. Less "run" time than my previous front load. No issues with noise while on spin cycle as some reviewers left comments about.

I do like the washer! But gave it a 4 star because of the way Cold water can be used, and the manual didn’t really explain how to use it! Thank goodness I finally got in touch with an agent who was extremely helpful, giving me the steps to wash with Cold water! Otherwise I do like this machine very much!!!! Other features easy to use and now that I know how the bypass is also!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we’ve had these a month and they’re great. The washing machine has more features than we could possibly use. We mostly use the speed wash and it’s comes in at 15 min and the spin cycle is very quiet. The only noise you hear is in the beginning when the jets are spraying. Those were louder than expected but not loud enough to be annoying. The troubleshooting feature with the app is amazing. We bought these after having Whirlpool Duets for 8 years and couldn’t get away from them fast enough. Both machines are very quiet and look great which was a factor to us since our laundry room is in the house.

Just overall poor quality, loyd noises that sound like malfunctioning parts, does not get clean, steam is lacking or non existence, Would not recommend this model.
