The light from the cycle knob is hard to read, would be nice, if the cycle name would lit up itself. Otherwise a great washing machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] maybe its just a lemon but according to techs machine is suppose to function this poorly. Very small capacity, can't fit queen size blanket. Just overall poor quality, loyd noises that sound like malfunctioning parts, does not get clean, steam is lacking or non existence, Would not recommend this model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had never used front load machines so I was anxious that we had made the right decision for our new laundry/mudroom space. So far, I am pleased. It handled winter coats, heavy towels, gentle clothes and everything in between. It used less detergent and still cleaned completely. I will need to get used to the drying of the machine at the end of the wash day and I am not looking forward to emptying the backflow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the washer and matching dry. They work great and are easy to use. The only drawback is that the doors open the wrong way. The dryer door can be changed but the washer cannot. It’s a real pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Old washer (LG front load also) finally needed to be replaced after 8 years. Got this new front load washer with greater capacity and love it. Our washer is treated like a commercial on as it gets used every day. Large family tons of clothes to wash, really does wash for 3 families. Delivery and set up were done quickly. New control panel is nice. Like the changes in part to add soap, bleach and softener. We are so happy with this great washer.

From the many features and settings to the ability to connect through the LG ThinQ app, this is an awesome device with many creative features. Washes quite well and is very energy efficient.

I purchased the washer 2 weeks ago and am very happy with it. I had LG washers & dryers in the past so I knew what I was getting. It gets clothes very clean and the 10-year warranty is a testimony to their reliability. The only disappointment is that I can't connect it to the ThinQ app because the network must be 2.4GHz and my network is 5GHz. Hopefully LG will have a firmware update for that before long

I'm reasonably happy with this washer. Cleans the clothes well it seems. But, I had high hopes for the wifi feature where you would get notified that the washer has completed. It works once every 4 or 5 washes. I can always view the status in their app, so I know it is on wifi, but it rarely sends the notice. And the monthly usage summary from LG is worthless because they have maybe a quarter or less of my usage. So as long as you don't depend on the connected features it's a decent washer. The matching dryer is much more reliable on notifications.

I have been currently waiting three weeks for someone to come out and get this fixed and it’s still not resolved. I have always bought LG but very disappointed with them at this moment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After searching for so long for the the perfect washer I finally found this one and i love it. It has many Great features that are so easy to use. It cleans clothes perfectly and no stains are left. It is quiet which is also a bonus.
