Upon delivery and installation, everything seemed fine until my wife came home to use it - it would not balance, and the front seal was twisted out of shape. This necessitated a repair call from an LG certified repairman in our area. He discovered a simple issue with an interior spring being disconnected somehow. After the repair was made, washer is working perfectly through all cycles. It's a workhorse!

I have used this washer for 8 cycles and so far I love it. Connecting the app to wifi is easy (follow the instructions) and the app features are great. I like the notifications when the washer has completed its cycle and the monthly emails about how the washer is performing. I really hope the washer lasts 10+ years but only time will tell.

The direct drive is great and the turbo wash is a must have. I do wish there was a way to increase the volume of the notifications. Other than that it’s a great washer!

Clothes come out very clean. WiFi connectivity is not necessary, but it convenient as it notifies us when the load is complete. Very happy with this purchase.

After using it twice, I received an alert that my water lines were connected backwards, I hooked them up exactly as they were on my previous washer, had no idea I was running cold into hot, and hot into cold, plus the fact that they were that way on my old washer for several years. Thankyou! LG the wifi technology and the washer self diagnosing an issue is incredible. Thanks again!

We recently moved to a new house and bought this as an upgrade from our old set. We had the older model of this same line and loved them so we just bought the new version. Very easy to use, does a great job with cleaning, plenty of features without being too much. Definitely recommend.

Several loads into our new LG washing maching we could't be happier. It is simple to use and is also very sufisticated. The closes come out clean, smelling fresh and ready for the dryer. It's a nice experience to has a product that does what LG said it would do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I have been disappointed in the machine. I unplug it after use. When I plug it in again it never seems to come up with the right cycle. There is no on/off button clearly marked. Written directions are worthless.

I bought the front loader washer in June, by July I have a leak, seen to be coming from the bottom. It is very bad most of the time. I am My floor is going to rot and the washer is going to fall thru the floor. Thr dryer is performing very goog.

It's been a complete life changer!!! I love the features, easy to use, amazing performance, how quietly it runs, handles all load sizes perfectly - the list just goes on! This washer hands down is the best washer I've ever owned! I actually enjoy doing laundry now! I've already recommeded this washer to several friends who are in the market for a new one.
