They are great working machines with plenty of volume and do a great job/ easy on the clothes. It would get 5 stars but our six year old previous washer stopped working for a wiring problem that was too expensive to fix. But we clearly like the units as we bought another one!

After using it twice, I received an alert that my water lines were connected backwards, I hooked them up exactly as they were on my previous washer, had no idea I was running cold into hot, and hot into cold, plus the fact that they were that way on my old washer for several years. Thankyou! LG the wifi technology and the washer self diagnosing an issue is incredible. Thanks again!

Awesome capacity. If we didn't have to color separate, this washer could do all our laundry in 1 load. Super capacity and very gentle on ll of our Items. Super energy efficient and conserves water and utilities by it's sophisticated sensors. Great unit, we would absolutely buy again. Highly recommend

It was love at first sight, and I liked it so much that I purchased another one for my permanent home. The features are very convenient, giving the user many options when washing and drying. The steam feature. Is a great addition. I would never purchase any other brand but LG.

So many functions to handle all the different types of loads, i.e. towels, rugs, delicates, permanent press. The dryer also has many features so you can chose temperature to prevent wrinkles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some of the cycles are not clear. In the instruction manual needs to be written more clearly. For example, Steam and Allergiene mean? Also, it needs too much maintenance. I never know if I have dried it sufficiently.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my LG washer and dryer with this wonderful pair. Turbo wash was the reason I chose this one. What a difference it makes. And it even lets me know when it is finished and sends instructions to dryer for the correct dryer sequence.
