[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer with the matching dryer a few months ago. We absolutely love it! It is quiet, efficient, and gets our clothes very clean. We really enjoy the app, the ability to download other settings, and the monthly email reports.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Such new technology and I'm oh so lucky. Okay, let me first start off with the fact that I have only used old machines. We would usually only buy used machines or something that was the most basic of machines, so to say I'm blown away by the technology of this machine would be an understatement. I love this machine. I always wanted a front loading machine but was hesitant because of the price and the issues you hear about the rubber getting moldy or breaking down over time. This is new so I can't speak to that part yet but we've not noticed any leaks or any issues around the door. The only issue I have with the door is that it only opens one direction. I can't switch it which is annoying for how I have this set up. Stacking would be no issue. So anyway, the door shuts, you don't need to slam it shut, just gently push it closed. I sometimes haven't been careful about that but it bounces back quickly and then I have to shut it correctly, gently. The tech is slightly overwhelming at first. While it's great for starting loads when I'm on my way home or at ridiculous times in the before dawn making for an easy switch when I'm out of bed, there are also a ton of buttons that I still haven't mastered. I never used any other rinse cycles with my other machines so this is easy but not as intuitive right out of the box. I did spend sometime looking up information on the LG site as well as youtube. I've basically only mastered the regular wash and can sometimes get it to use another cycle and grab the downy from the little soap dispenser but it's also sometimes a hit or miss. With this machine I don't really ever second guess how I do laundry. I just toss in clothes or towels and set it with those preset parameters and then it measures or weighs it. I have to say, it's as ultra creepy as it is cool that the little blinking man is "thinking" and measuring to use the right amount of water for each load. I have yet to notice any issue with over filling the load and have likely underfilled loads in the beginning. I have had to break myself of the conditioning I had with my last machine, that taught me to only fill it so much. This machine has washed ALL THE TOWELS, comforters, clothing for 5 and my husbands heavy fire safety extra heavy jeans and nothing every comes out soaked. The spin is amazing for wringing out every load and I use less time on my dryer because of it. I'm overall amazed at this machine and how nice our clothes clean and how little water we use. I do loads up to 7 times a week and this thing is a great investment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the set and i love all the features it offers. size load is perfect and it has more than enough wash options. it has an app we can use. it's quiet. clothes seem much more cleaner than with the other brands we had. i had issues with customer service with the prior brand we had so we finally swapped when we bought our first home. we are a military family and have had to move quite a bit and in some moves we'd had to buy a new washer and dryer that works for base housing or wherever we've had to rent. the look of this is amazing and modern. music is pleasant and it's everything we can ask for in a dryer

I bought this back in November 2022 and since the beginning is being causing me issues , so disappointed. The problem with my washer is that shows IE error code even we checked everything was set up correctly. I can barely was 3 loads in a day because it takes like to 2 hrs and then it get stuck with the same error and have to restart all over again is been so stressful . Another thing, is that I’m not able to use softener it will stay there is doesn’t run like the soap . I Have to dilute with water and poorer inside . Issues I didn’t expect with this brand and is taking a lot of my time to do something so simple .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer is performing as well as CR said it would which was exceptional. We are very pleased. The only thing we were concerned about was service as we live outside of Durango and there are no dedicated LG service locations anywhere near. We did buy an ESC. I hope this washer lasts as long as our previous washer, 16 yrs.

We recently moved to a new house and bought this as an upgrade from our old set. We had the older model of this same line and loved them so we just bought the new version. Very easy to use, does a great job with cleaning, plenty of features without being too much. Definitely recommend.

What is impressive to me is how frugal it is in using water, which I like. Of course, it remains to be seen that this is a long lasting product without issues. Reputation of expected durability and reliability were the main reasons for me buying the LG brand washing machine. (Don’t fail me!)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Are asked we bought our washer and dryer 5 to 6 months ago and the seal around the washer door began to leak so LG sent out their tech to fix the leak and hope we don’t have any more issues being that it was only a few months old! Still need to have our floor fixed from the leaking washer.
