This one is so quiet and so many options I love everything about it Love all the features and so easy to use Thank you Lg for always giving me the best products as our fridge is lg as well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of the new washer and dryer! The capacity is great. The drums inside are stainless steel. I still haven’t learned how to work all the features on it yet so I’m just using the the preset dials. Because my laundry room is so small we were able to buy a stackable attachment to set one on top of the other. The dryer set up on top of the washer. Now it looks and fits great! It washes and dries really well. I would recommend it to anyone!

I read reviews on Consumer Reports and selected this model based on the reviews which were maybe the highest of the washers rated. I have to say that it lives up to the reviews. Quiet, no vibration, many options for types of laundry, uses way less water than my old top load washer. I have nothing but good things to say. I am still leaning all of the settings and have not connected to WIFI yet, so a little more to do before I am fully functional.

I have used the washer for a few weeks. So far it has exceeded my expectations. Programing the WiFI function was a little challenging. Only disappointment is the pedestal with drawer needs to be 15 inch high like my old washer, not13 inch. As I can no longer stand bottles in the drawer the exceed 10 1/4 inch in height.

But most important, we are really happy with the wash — so much better than our prior top loader. Haven’t explored all the features yet but given the Normal wash is so effective, we may never need to do so!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the set and i love all the features it offers. size load is perfect and it has more than enough wash options. it has an app we can use. it's quiet. clothes seem much more cleaner than with the other brands we had. i had issues with customer service with the prior brand we had so we finally swapped when we bought our first home. we are a military family and have had to move quite a bit and in some moves we'd had to buy a new washer and dryer that works for base housing or wherever we've had to rent. the look of this is amazing and modern. music is pleasant and it's everything we can ask for in a dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our washer on a very cold sub-freezing day. It would not start.... until two hours after the delivery team departed. Once it was in a warm space for two hours it worked perfect. I'm guessing maybe it was loaded on the truck the night before and froze overnight. It washes super fast, and does a great job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer with the matching dryer a few months ago. We absolutely love it! It is quiet, efficient, and gets our clothes very clean. We really enjoy the app, the ability to download other settings, and the monthly email reports.

Makes the dryer much more efficient since the clothes have less moisture to begin with. Handles our cloth diapers with ease compared to our last top-loader. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Washer and Dryer set several months ago. Dryer is great. However, I noticed that the Washing Machine door didn't close securely from the moment of installation. Many times when I set a load to wash, I'd come back an hour later to find that that the machine never started and the 'Default' sign was flashing. I'd push the door in and then it would start. The LG representative came out and agreed the door had an issue. A part was stripped and replacement was needed. Parts have been on order for over a week so I'm hoping that the repair will go smoothly and the washing machine will work like new. I've selected an LG Refrigerator to purchase waiting to see how the customer service and repair go on the Washer.
