I can control the washer from my iPhone & I get alerts when the wash is done. No more wasted trips down to the basement to see if the wash is done! Super happy with our purchase!

Super sleek, love that it's a front loader so my 5' wife can do the laundry without a step stool and love the real-time phone alerts. Only dislike is that the commercial and salesman made it seem like you can remote turn on your washer or dryer from your phone. The only way you can actually do this is if you physically turn the power on button on the washer or dryer, then hold down the remote access button on the washer/dryer for 3 seconds, each time you plan to use the remote access. Still 9/10 though.

So glad we did. This set is so quiet, even on the pedestal. Unless I am in laundry room, I can’t even hear it. No vibrations, washes like a dream, and spins clothes almost dry. Washes blankets, etc. like a dream, too.

I have been currently waiting three weeks for someone to come out and get this fixed and it’s still not resolved. I have always bought LG but very disappointed with them at this moment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great washer. Nice capacity. Only thing we learned is to avoid putting the detergent pod in between clothes. We ended up with a sticky film on some pieces of clothing. Maybe because the machine is so efficient and it doesn’t use much water

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it however we can't figure out how not to have everything we put in it steamed. I love the steam for washing the dog's stuff but some stuff doesn't need to be steamed since it causes wrinkling.

LG read my mind and added all the features I wished for. A setting that allows me to add an item after the washer begins is a game changer! I always forget that one thing. The Turbo Wash feature dispenses water more quickly for a faster and more thorough wash My favorite feature is the Bright Whites cycle. No more trying to set up a custom cycle because it's now just a turn of the dial! My laundry is clean and sanitary, which is all I need. Thank you LG!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this dryer about 4 weeks ago. I love the options especially the steam feature. The ability to connect your phone to this dryer, track the progress and then to be notified when the load is done is very cool.

I bought this as a replacement for a washing machine that I had that was only 2 1/2 years old. That was a different brand. I wish I would’ve bought this right from the start. My clothes smells so clean now and finally feel clean. The steam is a great option and it is so much quieter than my other washer. Could not be happier and hope to buy the matching dryer soon.

I have used the washer for a few weeks. So far it has exceeded my expectations. Programing the WiFI function was a little challenging. Only disappointment is the pedestal with drawer needs to be 15 inch high like my old washer, not13 inch. As I can no longer stand bottles in the drawer the exceed 10 1/4 inch in height.
