[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaced an older LG model that had transmission troubles after 12 years of service with only 1 or 2 service calls. This is a great unit with a lot of useful washing features. However, I couldn’t connect it to my wireless network, as the instructions weren’t great and there were so many requirements regarding such connection. I did not need the network connection and would just as soon have not even had that feature anyway, so not really a problem.

I purchased this a month ago. I have to admit at first I as ready to return it. I could not get the features to change the way I thought they would. It turns out I just needed a little lesson. When you select the desired wash you need to turn the knob a little to the left. This allows you to change the water temp, dirt level etc.to your exact needs. It’s a magic little step that turns this washer into YOUR washer. Love it!

The repairman laughed when I asked if it could be fixed, indicating I might be able to find parts in an antique store. A rapid, but thorough, internet search showed me that an LG would serve me best. I've been very pleased. My machine is quiet and reliable. The various cycles work. Clothes come out well-spun and smelling sweet. Bedding is handled very nicely. The machine's design makes it easy to use, and the app is handy.

One thing that I am disappointed in is that there is no interior light when the door is open. It is difficult to see if I have left anything inside when I am unloading it. I also think that the drain hose on the bottom is too short. Other than that, I am still getting used to it.

Washer working well. Don't like the fact I needed to get online to download complete manual. The manual included with washer contained set up instructions and very basic use. No detailed instructions. I am old school, I don't want to look everything up on an app, nor do I want a electronic devise around the washer

We bought this washer to replace the one we had that kept breaking down on us. We researched and narrowed it down to this one. I am so far very happy with the performance of this machine. We have only had it for about a month and we are still learning all of the features.

I washed a few things and the time I realized it, it was already done. Permanent press cycle was done in no time. I wish I had it sooner but now that I have a new machine, doing laundry is a breeze.
