This washer seems to be high quality although we have only had it for a month. My 3 staar rating is with the tight programming of the user interface. The Owner's manual gives very little inf on how to operate the machine and the online manual isn't a whole lot better. My biggest complaint is the user is unalble to select/change things like Temperature, Soil level or Spin Speed for the selected wash cycle. As an example., some permanent press items may get quite dirty when doing things like yard work. Normal permanent press cycle does not get those clothes clean.

After several phone calls to technical support and a service, the WiFi is still not operating.

We sold our house and bought a similar washer and dryer in our new house. We love it. Easy to use, quiet, and cleans extremely well. Dryer works perfectly too!

I purchased it for a new home that we were building. I have never purchased this brand so it is new to me. It has a lot of features that I am still trying to figure out. The only thing is the WIFI I really don't think I would use. At least right now.

It is relatively vibration free and offers advanced features like turbo and steam wash. You can also download custom wash programs for things like wool sweaters. It is controllable via Wi-Fi as well.

The washer is very quiet compared to my 10 year old Samsung washer that I replaced. It’s also more efficient too. Was very impressed with the delivery/ install team that came to my house, they came on time and couldn’t be more friendly and professional. They took out my old washer and carefully installed my new washer checking that there were no leaks..very impressed..!! Overall a very pleasant experience.
