We purchased this a few weeks ago. We don't use all the features but are happy with the ones that we do use. The one thing we don't like is that there's no ability to change the sound played at the end of the cycle. We'd prefer a simple few beeps to the tune that seems to go on for several seconds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer was purchased the last of January and we four adults are still arguing about operating instructions. The section (Page 16-Add Cleaning Products) is a real winner, it says NOTHING. Add proper amount of detergent, if desired, and add bleach or fabric softener to the appropriate areas, Now those cryptic statements are not conducive to general public understanding. Under "Adjust Settings" there isn't one word on HOW TO change the cycle modifier or the cycle options. I believe the washer get the close clean but I can't tell until I find out where to add the detergent. I can't wait till the pump filter needs cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer on August 4, 2021. All my previous washers were top load. The front load is vastly superior. The clothes come out cleaner with brighter colors. I use a Pod type detergent. The clothes smell great after washing. I also noticed a reduction in my water bill. So this washer is very water efficient. It is fast too. I am able to complete the weekly laundry with this washer in less time than my old washer.

My new machine has many more functions than my older one. I would have preferred to have a light in the drum on my new machine. That is the only thing lacking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This outstanding front-load washer was purchased as a replacement. Amazed at how fast the cycles are, and how clean the clothes feel when done. Hard to describe. Items are not heavy with water, nor are they wrinkled. Love the soft, clean feel. Everything needs less time in the drier. It performs great on everything from levis to lingerie. Great job LG!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and absolutely love it! It takes quite a lot of clothes per load and they come out spectacularly clean. I was apprehensive when I washed my first load because I filled it with clothes, put in my detergent and Downey, pushed the power on, chose my cycle and pushed start...it said 29 minutes to wash. My previous LG front loading washer was always at least 55 mins per wash. The 29 minute cycle for my clothes clean and I love it!! Great product and easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had of before. Great. Sold my units with my house. Had to buy a new set. Got this pair. Clothes are war hot when done. Washing in cop or tap water no steam. Tried everything. Glasses steamed up when opening door. Top of unit was warm after three loads of testing it. Got a replacement unit and it seems the same. What can I be doing wrong?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer 3 weeks ago. It has performed very well and is much quieter than my last machine. It spins the clothes so they are barely wet when they go in the dryer. I like that. My only complaint is that the hose from the washer that attaches to the drain is short, so the delivery and set up team had to reverse where my washer and dryer sit. This is a hassle when putting clothes in the dryer - the doors don't open in the right way to easily move clothes from washer to dryer. Also, pedestals were back ordered, so I couldn't get them.

This new washer is an improvement over the other LG washer is have or had as they have correct the issue of water hammer from the fast closing water valves. Great improvement.

I've only run about six loads in the past few weeks. The clothes seem clean but I'm concerned that there's moisture left in the front door seal and in the detergent cups. I've never had a front-loader before. Is this normal? And I'll never need most of the features and certainly not the wifi enabled ones!
