Well, I have had this machine for a little over a month now, and I must say I'm impressed so far— no issues. It goes through a load reasonably fast. It's not very noisy. The only issue I have is that it did not come with a drum light. LG kind of dropped the ball on that— other than that, I highly recommend this machine.

I've only had this washing machine for two weeks and I couldn't be happier. It truly washes our clothes better than ever. My husband's greasy work shirts came out so clean I couldn't believe my eyes! It has an endless variety of choices so that no matter what kind of load you chose, your clothes will come out amazingly clean. I had many loads to catch up on when the washing machine was installed. It uses very little water and detergent and is super quiet too! On some cycles the clothes are spun extremely well. Of course, the gray looks so snazzy! I just love my new LG washing machine!

Quiet,, cleans really good and rings clothes so they do not take long to dry. I am so glad I choose LG. bought a LG electric stove 7 years ago, has proven to be a great buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is a lot better than the one I bought 9+ years ago. It cleans better, is quieter, and much more stable (less vibration overall) and I really like it, except for two things (which is why I deducted one star). It's very difficult to read the labels on the display, even in a well-lighted room, so it's hard to see what the little lights mean. The other thing is that I am extremely sensitive to EMF and cannot have wi-fi anywhere in my immediate environment. Before I bought this set (also got the matching dryer), I asked LG via chat if the wi-fi could be disabled and was told it was disabled by default. Not so! This machine gives off a full 4 bars of radiation, unless one opens the machine and disconnects the chip sending the signal, even when the machine is off. I think this is a serious design flaw, and should be rethought. Health should not be sacrificed for convenience and wi-fi is not good for one's health. Otherwise, though, this machine is the best!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the washer about 3 weeks now and am still exploring features. Two that stand out are TurboWash and the wi-fi ThinQ link. The turbowash adds pressurized water jets into the wash cycle, adding cleaning power and often shortening the cycle time. Front loaders do a great job but are notoriously slow. Not so with the turbowash. The ThinQ link actually sends a notification to my Apple Watch that the cycle is completed, which is a huge help. Last but not least, the machine is really quiet when running.

What a surprise to find this washer with matching stackable dryer in a rental unit! I've only been using it for two months, so cannot vouch for long term use, but it has been superb. Very quiet, never wobbles nor shakes. Gets the job done, in style.

They work, but don't seem to actually do a decent job. This LG washer not only looks amazing, but its performance exceeded my expectations. It's pretty cool how the LG app synchronizes with the washer too.

The washer is very quiet compared to my 10 year old Samsung washer that I replaced. It’s also more efficient too. Was very impressed with the delivery/ install team that came to my house, they came on time and couldn’t be more friendly and professional. They took out my old washer and carefully installed my new washer checking that there were no leaks..very impressed..!! Overall a very pleasant experience.
