I chose this washer due to its Wi-Fi feature and the multiple features available. It has been performing flawlessly and I love knowing the current status at any time.

This new washer is an improvement over the other LG washer is have or had as they have correct the issue of water hammer from the fast closing water valves. Great improvement.

The section (Page 16-Add Cleaning Products) is a real winner, it says NOTHING. Add proper amount of detergent, if desired, and add bleach or fabric softener to the appropriate areas, Now those cryptic statements are not conducive to general public understanding. Under "Adjust Settings" there isn't one word on HOW TO change the cycle modifier or the cycle options. I believe the washer get the close clean but I can't tell until I find out where to add the detergent. I can't wait till the pump filter needs cleaning.

I am very satisfied with the performance of the washer to clean laundry but very disappointed that the WiFi feature does not work. After several phone calls to technical support and a service, the WiFi is still not operating.

ThinQ washer was delivered 06/20/2024. As soon as it was unboxed and the washer door opened, it emitted a horrible acrid smell that irritates the throat, filled the whole downstairs with the stench. We've never had a new appliance smell so awful. One month later, the odor has dissipated somewhat, however it's still there. We've tried the tub clean cycle with bleach as a service tech suggested, but the odor remains, albeit much less than new. This is a five star product if not for the terrible odor. In our opinion, if you or your family have asthma, you may want to consider a different brand, as it definitely aggravated my wife's asthma.

Hard to describe. Items are not heavy with water, nor are they wrinkled. Love the soft, clean feel. Everything needs less time in the drier. It performs great on everything from levis to lingerie. Great job LG!
