[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine does a great job. My only criticism is that the display panel is not back lit and is very hard to read. Honestly, if I had known this at the time of purchase I would have chosen something else. But my clothes are clean.

The only downsides: (1) the bleach receptacle is tucked back and its difficult to pour the bleach in without spilling, (2) the fabric softener receptacle has residue in it after washing (I didn't overfill), and (3) with HE washing machine it seems the laundry if much more. wrinkled after the cycles.

The first week moving in, I had family members here to help with unpacking and organizing. I did laundry almost everyday for the first 10 days. Love ❤️ my front load washer, it is easy to use, has large capacity and cleans wonderfully. The wifi notifies me when the laundry is complete, so it is a no Brainer. THANKS LG

Great features, great power. TurboWash 360° Technology helps cleaning all clothes in less time. Tempered Glass Door helps avoid scratches and cracks , we had in diff brand. Built-In Intelligence (AI) new world. NO NEED TO WORRY about for long now. We purchased this in Feb for new home, this unit is really silent and good in execution. we love it. we already recommended to our friends and one of them already bought by changing their mind from different brand to this one.

We bought this just a few weeks ago to replace another washer that was over 10 years old. The cost to replace it was over half of a new washer so we decided to buy new rather fix old. I have to say I'm quite impressed with the features. We've really come to like the towel setting and especially the sanitary wash. The turbo wash also really does a nice job getting clothes clean. I was a little skeptical about the Wi-Fi functionality but I'm actually starting to like it. It lets me know when the cycle is done and how much time is left. I've even put the clothes and detergent in and set it for remote start. Then, about an hour before I leave work, I remotely start it so it's done when I get home. Now, if I could only purchase the matching dryer ...

We purchased our LG washer and dryer in Black Steel earlier this spring, and they are beautiful and wonderful. They clean clothes terrifically, and they operate very quietly. At the end of their cycle, a happy little tune plays. How could you not smile with that little tune? Truthfully, we'd prefer to hear something like a Bill Evans jazz number, but the LG tune works well for the units. We recently purchased a pedestal stand, also in Black Steel, for both our washer and dryer. And, we are soon relocating across country. The wife insisted the washer/dryer come with us and not be left as part of our home sale. Is there a stronger word than 'insisted'? This washer/dryer set is an inseparable part of our family. We highly recommend this purchase to anyone. (Sidebar: whomever delivers yours, be sure to hold on to the bolts that secures the washer drum should you relocate. You need these to transport your washer safely. The firm that delivered ours inadvertently took the bolts). Luckily, LG is such a wonderful company, they sent us a spare set at no cost. How great is that?

I have it connected to my cell phone and it alerts me when the wash cycle has finished. It also displays a notice on my LG TV that the cycle is done. Nice touch.
