[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have now had the LG washing machine for a month and I am very happy with it. My clothes are so much cleaner than with the previous washer. After years of a top loader I'm still adjusting to the front loader, but the washer itself is wonderful. The laundry requires much less detergent. I like the flexibility to adapt each load appropriately. I am VERY satisfied.

Had this machine for over a month now and still can’t figure out what it’s doing. It just does it’s own thing completely (AI) and I don’t care for it. I thought it would be a good fit for my family with the reviews I read, but it’s way too sensitive. I should have went with a simpler machine. I miss my old LG, it had a water plus feature that I used regularly and it made a huge difference in how clean my clothes came out. I have washed the same clothes and have used the same detergents in this new machine as my old one and my clothes don’t come out nearly as clean as they used to. Another issue is, you only have a small window of time to pause it and add items otherwise you are locked out. Better make sure all the clothes pockets are empty and you don’t have anything of importance in said clothes by accident, because you will not be able to retrieve it once it’s locked. There are a number of things about this machine that I don’t like, but basically I feel I have no operating authority over this machine and now I have to try and make the best of it. 🤷‍♀️

Performance is excellent 5 days later I purchased an LG OLED 65 inch tv. Just set it up. Has a beautiful picture. Just like the washer I’m still getting used to product operation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It wld have been nice if the actual full manual,INSTEAD OF DOWLOADING, 60+ pages for both W/D set! NOT EVERYONE HAS INTERNET! Who writes these instructions, when one has to constantly re read because it doesn't make sense, it needs to read clearly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer seems to clean well and is quieter than our previous LG. Two issues: 1. the door latch does not seem lined up perfectly with the locking mechanism and, since it's plastic, I'm afraid it will break prematurely. 2. Clothes come out very wrinkled, I assume from high spin speeds. The washer is also 0.5 inches deeper than our old model, which caused a fit problem for us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the only thing i do not like is the panel is hard to read. would be nice if it would light up. not sure how useful being on bluetooth is very helpful, you still have to put soap and clothes in first. why not just start it at that time....ummm?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is absolutely great! I love the turbo wash feature! And the cold wash cycle the steam cycle is also great. I also love the fact that it has an app that helps me with troubleshooting. Highly recommend this washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the washer and dryer for 3 weeks and have reviewed the furnished owners' manual and can find nothing that tells me how to use the features. For example, what is the benefit of the steam feature; what is the best way to use it; what is it best used on; when does steam function during a wash cycle. The other features I think I've figured out by hit and miss but really don't know the most effective way to use the many features. I'm still struggling to figure out how to setup the on-line system for my phone.
