[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this product .I received this washer in November 2020. It has been a joy! It's very efficient as it uses less water and the spin cycle works so well that the fabrics are damp requiring less drying time. This saves on the electric bill.

We have only had this washer for a couple of months and so far are very pleased with how it cleans. Not happy with how noisy it is but guess thats to be expected. Just can't do laundry while my husband is sleeping. The rubber area round the door gets water and crud caught under the rubber after washing. I just have to remember to clean that area out and then leave the door open so the inside can dry before I close it so hopefully it will not smell. So far not bad.

It was replaced with a new lg washer (Serial #305TNHM00849) on 5-31-23. We love the new lg washer! I swear my clothes come out cleaner and fresher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used washer for first time and noticed a few issues. When spin cycle starts the unit is shaking and thumping making noises. Seems like the load is unbalanced but the load is very light - only three tee shirts. Need to contact service department.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought this around a 2 months ago. We did have an issue with water left in the tub after running the washer, but our local appliance came and fixed that issue which had to do with the hose attachment

I purchased this washer a month ago and I have been so happy with it. I love the Turbo Wash feature and the steam. After the spin cycle is finished it does not take long to dry the clothes especially with the companion dryer. So glad we spent a little more even though I resisted it at first. The capacity of the drum is awesome and I can do my laundry in less loads. I do not know yet how to use the Wi-Fi option but I will learn soon. My only complaint is I did not receive a manual with my washer but I did on my dryer. I will be contacting LG to obtain one as the store I purchased it from was not helpful.

It is so amazing the way it cleans clothing and love that I have a app to know when cloths are done because the washer is in the basement. It is also so pretty I wish people could see it more. enjoy doing wash every time so easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the machine and the features! I hooked up the notifications to my phone and it is wonderful. The only problem I had was they were unable to hook up the machine because my valves were bad and I have to replace them. Other than that it's great. I haven't had them to long, but so far so good
