This washer is awesome! Had it for 2 months now and operating flawlessly! We love the ThinQ feature and app on our phones. You get status update notifications, can check on status of the wash, can download customer wash cycles, etc! Plus it it very aesthetic looking and we get nothing but positive feedback from visitors on this unit!

Washed my husbands construction gear and it got every bit of sawdust off with one cycle! ONE! Absolutely great. Tells me when it is complete and i can even set a delay so it finishes my wash as we walk in the door after work so we have the peace of mind knowing it hasnt been sitting soggy for hours or days. I've only had the washer a little over a week and have probably already done 20 loads. Interesting, I am informed of the number of loads, the settings I choose, and most of all, time to run the tub clean cycle which I did yesterday. So far I love the machine. I had a 2 year old top loader without an agitator and that was a total nightmare. It was off balance so often, then I decided to junk it and purchased the front load LG. I have had a front loader before and really liked it. I love this one and I love the Wi-fi, the whatever intelligence, and it so far cleans quite well. Check back later, that is the true test.

We got our washer about a month ago and it has worked flawlessly tons of different wash options! Love the integrated app that tells me when to clean things and when my laundry is done helps me get it done faster and things don’t get let in or forgotten!

We have been using it for about a month, and using it a lot because everything is so fresh and clean that we're basically washing everything all bedding, pillows, blankets curtains etc.. to freshen the whole house I didn't realize how bad our old machine was until we got this one. We use Earth Breeze laundry sheets it's so easy no measuring or mess. I like all the settings especially the 15 minute turbo wash, it has a lot of features, some I may never use, but maybe? The drain in the front is really handy for letting out the water before leaving on vacation or something so it doesn't get musty.

At first I wasn't sure about the Wi-Fi features didn't seem like I really needed it for a washing machine but it's nice that gives you updates if you're using too much soap when the load is done.. The Price is the same from 15 years ago.

i bought this machine brand new in May. it worked well until it didnt. this machine unexpectedly malfunctioned in September. it had a faulty valve that caused there to be uncontrollable water relwase from the machine which caused a large flood in my home.

It does the core work of washing clothes very well and it does it resourcefully and conveniently with text notifications when it's done. We love it, especially with the abundance of laundry we need to do (3 kids).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I swore I wouldn't buy another front load machine, but I have been very happy with this machine. Clothes seem clean and everything is working well. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that the wring cycle is so aggressive that the clothes are very, very wrinkly when they come out of the washer. I do a lot of line drying and I now either have to do a ton more ironing or wear more wrinkly shirts/tops.

I love the app that goes with it and the monthly reports it emails me. The only thing I would change is I wish it had the ability to change the default settings for each type of load rather than having to adjust their preset settings every time.
